【摘要】：黨的十七大報告中提出“社會建設(shè)與人民幸福安康息息相關(guān),必須要在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,加快推進以改善民生為重點的社會建設(shè)”。農(nóng)民工一直是民生建設(shè)中的重點關(guān)注對象,他們的幸福感是民生建設(shè)中不可忽視的課題。現(xiàn)代家庭的情感支持功能不斷增強,“家”在農(nóng)民工心目中的地位不可動搖。因此,立足于社會支持理論對農(nóng)民工家庭關(guān)系和幸福感進行研究,不僅具有重要的理論價值,也具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本研究立足于社會支持理論,探討家庭關(guān)系對農(nóng)民工幸福感的影響。運用定量分析和定性分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,通過對農(nóng)民工的問卷調(diào)查以及深入訪談,分析夫妻關(guān)系、上向親子關(guān)系、下向親子關(guān)系對農(nóng)民工歸屬感、尊嚴感、成就感和愉悅感的影響,全面、系統(tǒng)地探討家庭關(guān)系與農(nóng)民工幸福感的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。 實證研究結(jié)果表明：夫妻共同生活的意愿、夫妻經(jīng)濟主導(dǎo)狀況滿意度對農(nóng)民工歸屬感有顯著影響；夫妻間打工支持度、子女對父母外出打工的支持對農(nóng)民工尊嚴感有顯著影響；夫妻經(jīng)濟主導(dǎo)狀況滿意度、夫妻相互關(guān)心程度及子女對父母打工的支持對農(nóng)民工的成就感有顯著影響；夫妻吵架頻次、夫妻相互關(guān)心程度、父母對子女打工的支持、農(nóng)民工對子女的照顧對農(nóng)民工愉悅感能產(chǎn)生影響。因此,要有效提高農(nóng)民工的幸福感,必須高度重視我國農(nóng)民工家庭關(guān)系的改善,完善在城鄉(xiāng)戶籍、權(quán)益保護、子女教育、農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老等方面的社會政策,并重視運用社會工作的個案、小組和社區(qū)三大工作方法介入農(nóng)民工問題。
[Abstract]:In the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was pointed out that "the social construction is closely related to the well-being and well-being of the people, and we must speed up the social construction with emphasis on improving the people's livelihood on the basis of economic development." Migrant workers have always been the focus of attention in the construction of people's livelihood, their well-being is a subject that can not be ignored in the construction of people's livelihood. The emotional support function of modern family is increasing, and the position of "home" in peasant workers' mind is unshakable. Therefore, based on the theory of social support, it is not only of great theoretical value, but also of great practical significance to study the family relationship and well-being of migrant workers. Based on the theory of social support, this study explores the influence of family relationship on migrant workers' well-being. By means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper analyzes the relationship between husband and wife, the relationship between parents and children, and the sense of belonging and dignity of migrant workers through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The influence of the sense of achievement and the sense of pleasure, comprehensive, systematic study of the relationship between the family relationship and the well-being of migrant workers. The empirical results show that: the willingness of husband and wife to live together, the satisfaction of husband and wife's economic dominant condition have significant influence on the sense of belonging of migrant workers, the degree of support for working between husband and wife, the support of children to their parents to work outside the home has a significant influence on the sense of dignity of migrant workers; The satisfaction degree of husband and wife's economic dominant condition, the degree of mutual concern and the support of their children to their parents had significant influence on the sense of achievement of migrant workers, the frequency of marital quarrels, the degree of mutual concern between husband and wife, and the support of parents for working for their children. The care of the children of migrant workers can have an impact on the sense of pleasure of migrant workers. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the well-being of migrant workers, we must attach great importance to the improvement of the family relationship of migrant workers in our country, and improve social policies in the areas of urban and rural household registration, protection of rights and interests, education of children, rural old-age care, etc. And pay attention to the use of social work cases, group and community three working methods involved in migrant workers.
