【摘要】：目的探討邯鄲市空巢老人主觀幸福感和社會支持情況與主觀幸福感的影響因素。方法應(yīng)用分層隨機(jī)抽樣的方法對2015年4~12月邯鄲市社區(qū)年齡在60歲以上的老人600例進(jìn)行調(diào)查,其中空巢老人284例,非空巢老人316例,應(yīng)用紐芬蘭紀(jì)念大學(xué)幸福度量表(MUNSH)、社會支持量表(SSRS)、健康狀況調(diào)查問卷(SF-36)對兩組患者的辛福感、社會支持和健康情況進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果空巢老人MUNSH總分顯著低于非空巢老人組;空巢老人一般健康情況、生理職能、軀體疼痛、情感職能顯著低于非空巢老人組,SSRS總分顯著高于非空巢老人(P0.05)。有配偶的空巢老人MUNSH評分顯著高于無配偶的空巢老人,不同性別構(gòu)成、文化程度、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、目前患有疾病、醫(yī)療費(fèi)用負(fù)擔(dān)方式等空巢老人MUNSH評分比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。經(jīng)Pearson相關(guān)分析顯示,空巢老人SSRS評分與MUNSH評分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.328,P=0.025)。結(jié)論邯鄲市空巢老人主觀幸福感和生活質(zhì)量明顯低于非空巢老人,社會支持可以提高空巢老人的主觀幸福感,從而改善空巢老人生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors of subjective well-being, social support and subjective well-being of empty nest elderly in Handan city. Methods A total of 600 elderly people aged over 60 years old in Handan community from April to December 2015 were investigated by stratified random sampling, including 284 empty nesters and 316 non-empty nesters. The (MUNSH), Social support scale (SF-36) was used to compare the feeling of suffering, social support and health between the two groups. Results the total score of MUNSH of empty-nesters was significantly lower than that of non-empty-nest elderly, and the general health, physiological function, somatic pain and emotional function of empty-nesters were significantly lower than those of non-empty-nest elderly (P0.05). The MUNSH score of empty-nest elderly with spouse was significantly higher than that of empty-nest elderly without spouse. There was no significant difference in MUNSH score of empty-nest elderly with different sex composition, education level, economic income, current disease, medical expense burden style and so on (P0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between SSRS score and MUNSH score in empty-nest elderly (r = 0.328P = 0.025). Conclusion the subjective well-being and quality of life of empty-nesters in Handan City are obviously lower than that of non-empty-nesters. Social support can improve the subjective well-being of empty-nesters and improve the quality of life of empty-nesters.
