【摘要】：基于不同農(nóng)村地區(qū)的數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查和微觀個(gè)案透視,本研究認(rèn)為農(nóng)業(yè)女性化是勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)背景下多重因素交織作用的結(jié)果。農(nóng)業(yè)女性化遵循著家庭集體主義理性決策的路徑,在性別勞動(dòng)分工中,家庭再生產(chǎn)任務(wù)在女性勞動(dòng)中具有明顯的優(yōu)先序,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際上是其承擔(dān)家庭再生產(chǎn)責(zé)任時(shí)的一種順勢(shì)行為,代際撫養(yǎng)與陪讀現(xiàn)象也成為重要的推動(dòng)力量。在傳統(tǒng)性別文化和家庭觀念、村莊輿論的共同作用下,留守務(wù)農(nóng)往往是農(nóng)村婦女基于現(xiàn)實(shí)的自主選擇,并成為農(nóng)業(yè)女性化的內(nèi)在機(jī)制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)業(yè)女性化在一定程度上提高了婦女的家庭決策權(quán),夫妻異地的性別分工由于共同支持家庭的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)而成為維系農(nóng)村婚姻關(guān)系的新力量。
[Abstract]:Based on the data survey in different rural areas and the microcosmic case perspective, this study holds that the feminization of agriculture is the result of the intertwining of many factors in the context of labor mobility. The feminization of agriculture follows the path of rational decision-making of family collectivism. In the gender division of labor, the task of family reproduction has obvious priority in female labor. Agricultural production is actually a kind of homeopathic behavior when it bears the responsibility of family reproduction, and the phenomenon of intergenerational maintenance and accompanying reading also becomes an important driving force. Under the influence of traditional gender culture, family concept and village public opinion, the left-behind farming is often the independent choice of rural women based on reality, and it becomes the internal mechanism of the feminization of agriculture. It is found that the feminization of agriculture improves women's decision-making power in family to a certain extent, and the sex division of labor in different places of husband and wife becomes a new force to maintain the rural marriage relationship by supporting the normal operation of the family together.
