【摘要】：微信公眾投票是在傳統(tǒng)公眾投票的基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)由網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)改造后演變出來(lái)的一種新型公眾活動(dòng)方式。公眾既是直接參與投票活動(dòng)的主體,又是接受活動(dòng)信息的受眾,公眾在群體中尋求自我認(rèn)同心理、禮與俗互動(dòng)中人情法則下的"面子"心理以及群體領(lǐng)頭羊效應(yīng)和"沉默的螺旋"心理是構(gòu)成公眾參與活動(dòng)行為的心理基礎(chǔ)。目前,微信公眾投票已呈現(xiàn)出一種泛濫的趨勢(shì),導(dǎo)致投票活動(dòng)實(shí)際過(guò)程中娛樂(lè)性代替了專(zhuān)業(yè)性、隨意性代替了嚴(yán)肅性、互惠性代替了公允性、商業(yè)利益超過(guò)了文化底蘊(yùn)。在以"仁、義、禮、智、信"為內(nèi)核的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中,早已包含著歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和真理性顆粒,對(duì)規(guī)范個(gè)體的行為,處理人際間關(guān)系具有指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)解決微信公眾投票的弊端也可提供借鑒之用。
[Abstract]:WeChat public voting is a new type of public activity based on traditional public voting. The public is not only the main body of the direct participation in the voting activities, but also the audience to receive the information of the activities. The psychology of "face", group leader effect and "silence spiral" in the interaction of ceremony and custom are the psychological basis of public participation. At present, WeChat public voting has shown a trend of flooding, resulting in the actual process of voting instead of professional entertainment, randomness instead of seriousness, reciprocity in place of fairness, commercial interests over the cultural heritage. In the traditional Chinese culture with "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and faith" as the core, it already contains historical experience and genuine grain, which has guiding significance for regulating individual behavior and dealing with interpersonal relations. To address the shortcomings of WeChat public voting can also be used for reference.
