中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)中設(shè)計師的角色研究

【摘要】:近年來計算機技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)如雨后春筍般拔地而起,新的經(jīng)濟模式應(yīng)運而生,隨之而來的是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)對設(shè)計師的大量需求。與之相矛盾的是高校的設(shè)計教育并未能給互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)進行對口的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)設(shè)計師資源的輸送,絕大多數(shù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)中的設(shè)計師是在實踐過程中完成的設(shè)計師角色的轉(zhuǎn)型。針對這一現(xiàn)狀,筆者將社會學(xué)理論中的“社會角色”概念引入,來對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)中的設(shè)計師進行社會角色的研究。本文通過縱向和橫向的兩個維度對“設(shè)計師”角色進行梳理?v向梳理了“設(shè)計師”角色從萌芽階段到成為職業(yè)“設(shè)計師”,再到當代向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)設(shè)計師不斷轉(zhuǎn)型的歷史過程。橫向則是從一般大眾,企業(yè)和不同類型設(shè)計師的視角來分別闡述:一般大眾對于“設(shè)計師”的角色印象;互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)對于不同類型“設(shè)計師”角色的需求現(xiàn)狀;不同類型的設(shè)計師對于“設(shè)計師”角色分別進行互評與自評。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時代特有的技術(shù)和商業(yè)模式對設(shè)計和“設(shè)計師”角色的影響。通過多方向、多角度的方式來闡述當代中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)中“設(shè)計師”的角色,幫助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)中的設(shè)計師更全面地認知自己的社會角色,更好地進行角色扮演,為即將步入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)職場的新人設(shè)計師提供互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)“設(shè)計師”角色上的參照,同時為高校的設(shè)計教育提供一些參考意見。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, Internet enterprises sprang up like bamboo shoots, new economic model came into being, followed by a large number of Internet enterprises demand for designers. Paradoxically, the design education in colleges and universities has failed to transfer the resources of Internet designers to Internet enterprises, and most of the designers in Internet enterprises have completed the transformation of designers' roles in the process of practice. In view of this situation, the author introduces the concept of "social role" in sociological theory to study the social role of designers in Internet enterprises. This paper combs the role of designer through vertical and horizontal dimensions. The role of "designer" has been combed vertically from the embryonic stage to the professional "designer", and then to the historical process of the continuous transformation from the contemporary to the Internet enterprise designer. Horizontal is from the perspective of the general public, enterprises and different types of designers: the general public for "designer" role impression, Internet enterprises for different types of "designer" role demand status; Different types of designers evaluate each other and self-evaluate the designer role. On this basis, this paper analyzes the influence of the unique technology and business model of the "Internet" era on the design and the role of "designer". The role of "designer" in contemporary Chinese Internet enterprises is expounded in a multi-direction and multi-angle way, so that designers in Internet enterprises can have a more comprehensive understanding of their own social roles and better carry out role-playing. This paper provides a reference to the role of "designer" of Internet enterprise for the new designers who are about to step into the career of Internet enterprises, and also provides some reference suggestions for the design education of colleges and universities.
