【摘要】：盡管法律規(guī)定,子女可以隨父姓,也可以隨母姓,但是長期以來,子女隨父姓仍舊是絕大多數(shù)家庭的選擇�；谂_灣地區(qū)的調查數(shù)據(jù),以性別和女性的世代、學歷、婚姻與子女狀況等人口統(tǒng)計變項進行比較分析,結果顯示多數(shù)的臺灣民眾接受讓子女隨母姓,多半認為只要父母雙方約定好或者母親娘家沒有人傳香火即可讓子女隨母姓。不過仍有一定比例的民眾認為無論如何孩子都應該隨父姓,所持的理由不外乎是"一般都這樣",或是"傳宗接代"。男性堅持子女要隨父姓的比例比女性高,而在女性群體中,1950年代及以前出生、已婚有偶、2名以上子女數(shù)的受訪者,有比較多的人認為子女應該隨父姓。
[Abstract]:Although the law allows children to take either the father's or the mother's surname, it has long been the choice of most families. Based on the survey data in Taiwan, a comparative analysis of demographic variables such as gender and women's generations, academic qualifications, marriage and children's status shows that most Taiwanese people accept giving their children their mother's surname. Most think that as long as both parents agree or the mother's family does not pass on incense, children can follow their mother's surname. However, a certain percentage of people still believe that children should take their father's surname anyway, for the reasons of "generally speaking" or "inheriting from one generation to another." Men insist that the proportion of children should take their father's surname is higher than that of women, and in the female group of people born in the 1950s and before, married with more than two children, more people think that their children should take the father's surname.
