【摘要】：在界定人居文化環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性等原則從人居文化資源、人居文化要素、人居文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、人居文化發(fā)展、人居文化認(rèn)同等方面,構(gòu)建城市人居文化環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。利用文本分析法探析長江中游城市群城市人居文化環(huán)境的時(shí)空基底,發(fā)現(xiàn)其同源同脈,且有深厚的楚文化、水文化底蘊(yùn)的積淀。運(yùn)用層次分析法,依托GIS空間分析功能發(fā)現(xiàn)在快速城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中,長江中游城市群城市人居文化環(huán)境持續(xù)改善,但區(qū)域內(nèi)部的武漢城市圈、環(huán)鄱陽湖城市群、長株潭城市群的發(fā)展差距拉大。區(qū)域中心城市武漢、長沙、南昌、株洲、衡陽、九江等地的人居文化環(huán)境均十分優(yōu)異,其他城市人居文化環(huán)境建設(shè)則相對(duì)緩慢。擬遵循文化發(fā)展規(guī)律,有序推進(jìn)城市人居文化環(huán)境建設(shè);發(fā)揮居民主體作用,以保持地域特色人居文化環(huán)境;強(qiáng)化政府文化服務(wù)職能,以完善人居文化環(huán)境建設(shè)的體制機(jī)制;旨在提高城市人居文化環(huán)境的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:On the basis of defining the cultural environment of human settlements, following the principles of scientific and systematic, such as human settlement cultural resources, human settlements cultural elements, human settlements cultural industries, human settlements cultural development, human settlements cultural identity, etc. Construction of urban human settlements cultural environment evaluation index system. The text analysis method is used to analyze the space-time base of the urban human settlement cultural environment in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, and it is found that it has the same origin and the same vein, and has deep accumulation of Chu culture and water culture. With the help of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the spatial analysis function of GIS, it is found that in the process of rapid urbanization, the living culture environment of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River continues to improve, but the Wuhan urban circle and the urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake within the region. The development gap of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is widening. Regional central cities such as Wuhan, Changsha, Nanchang, Zhuzhou, Hengyang, Jiujiang and other places have excellent human settlement cultural environment, while other cities are relatively slow to build human settlement cultural environment. To follow the rules of cultural development, orderly promote the construction of urban human settlements cultural environment, give play to the main role of residents in order to maintain the regional characteristics of human settlements cultural environment, strengthen the government cultural service function, in order to improve the institutional mechanism of the construction of human settlements cultural environment; The aim is to improve the quality of the cultural environment of urban human settlements.
