【摘要】：本文從父代與子代間的代際傳遞視角,就草根青年創(chuàng)業(yè)者創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效決定因素進(jìn)行典型案例分析與計(jì)量分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):父代經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資本的缺乏一定程度上對(duì)草根創(chuàng)業(yè)能力形成抑制從而降低績(jī)效,但貧寒家境會(huì)從動(dòng)機(jī)上促創(chuàng)業(yè)者奮發(fā)向上而提高創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效;不同年代草根青創(chuàng)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效決定因素存在很大差異,早期青創(chuàng)績(jī)效受教育水平、房?jī)r(jià)因素的影響較小,隨著時(shí)間的推移,這些因素影響逐漸變得深刻。盡管創(chuàng)業(yè)成為草根青年打破階層固化的重要手段,但階層固化本身所帶來(lái)的貧困者在能力與資源稟賦上的代際傳遞作用也會(huì)對(duì)這一過(guò)程形成抑制。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of intergenerational transmission between parents and offspring, this paper makes a typical case study and econometric analysis on the determinants of entrepreneurial performance of young grassroots entrepreneurs. It is found that the lack of capital of the father's economic and social network to a certain extent inhibits the entrepreneurial ability of the grassroots and thus reduces the performance, but the poor family will promote the entrepreneur to advance and improve the entrepreneurial performance in terms of motivation; There are great differences in the determinants of the entrepreneurial performance of grass root and Qingchuang in different ages. The educational level of early stage and the influence of house price are relatively small. With the passage of time, these factors become more and more profound. Although entrepreneurship has become an important means for young people to break the social stratum solidification, the intergenerational transmission of the ability and resource endowment of the poor brought about by the stratum solidification itself will also inhibit this process.
