【摘要】：在既有的邊境跨國(guó)婚姻研究中,學(xué)界過(guò)多關(guān)注于婚姻締結(jié)的形式和導(dǎo)致的后果,缺乏深入地對(duì)邊境跨國(guó)婚姻生活的機(jī)制分析。本文以廣西崇左市G村為個(gè)案,以中越邊境跨國(guó)婚姻締結(jié)的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)為起點(diǎn),側(cè)重于對(duì)中越邊境跨國(guó)婚姻締結(jié)和婚姻維系的生成機(jī)制與實(shí)踐邏輯研究。研究表明:中越邊境地區(qū)普遍存在一種因國(guó)內(nèi)婚姻擠壓過(guò)剩男性與越南婚姻市場(chǎng)上過(guò)剩女性進(jìn)行婚姻匹配模式,這種婚姻現(xiàn)象有效的解決了國(guó)內(nèi)婚姻資源配置失衡和越方女性資源供應(yīng)過(guò)旺,形成婚姻資源配置互補(bǔ)。而這種現(xiàn)象正是以中越邊境地區(qū)的地域婚俗文化類同為基礎(chǔ),依托社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)性力量為庇護(hù),以實(shí)現(xiàn)婚姻價(jià)值和圓滿人生意義為目標(biāo),從而形成了比較穩(wěn)定的婚姻生活。
[Abstract]:In the existing border transnational marriage research, scholars pay too much attention to the form of marriage and its consequences, lack of in-depth analysis of the border cross-border marriage life mechanism. This paper takes G village of Chongzuo City as an example, starting from the social foundation of the conclusion of cross-border marriage between China and Vietnam, focusing on the formation mechanism and practical logic of the conclusion and maintenance of transnational marriage in the border between China and Vietnam. The study shows that there is a common marriage matching pattern between men and women in the Vietnamese marriage market because of the squeeze of marriage in China. This kind of marriage phenomenon effectively solves the imbalance of domestic marriage resources allocation and the oversupply of Vietnamese women resources, which forms the complementary marriage resources allocation. This phenomenon is based on the similar culture of marriage customs in the border areas of China and Vietnam, relying on the social structural forces for shelter, to achieve the value of marriage and the significance of life as the goal, thus forming a relatively stable marriage life.
