【摘要】：在中國(guó)核電站項(xiàng)目重啟的背景下,更好地理解公眾對(duì)于核電項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知有助于項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)溝通,保證項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的社會(huì)環(huán)境。以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了信任、情緒和信息獲取因素對(duì)于核電項(xiàng)目的公眾風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的作用,構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型并利用層級(jí)回歸的方法,重點(diǎn)驗(yàn)證分析各變量之間的作用機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明,公眾對(duì)于媒體、政府、專家、企業(yè)的信任并不直接作用于公眾的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知;負(fù)面情緒正向影響公眾風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知水平,而信任反向調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)面情緒與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的關(guān)系;信息獲取對(duì)于信任有顯著正向作用,而對(duì)于負(fù)面情緒的作用不明顯。
[Abstract]:In the context of the restart of nuclear power plant projects in China, a better understanding of public awareness of the risks of nuclear power projects is conducive to project risk communication, ensuring the social environment for the implementation of the project. Based on the theory of risk perception, this paper analyzes the effect of trust, emotion and information acquisition factors on public risk perception of nuclear power project, constructs the structural equation model and uses the method of hierarchical regression. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the mechanism of action between the variables. The results show that the trust of the public to the media, government, experts and enterprises does not directly affect the public's risk perception, the negative emotion positively affects the public risk perception level, and trust negatively regulates the relationship between the negative emotion and the risk perception. Information acquisition has significant positive effect on trust, but not on negative emotion.
