【摘要】：以1993-2013年我國社會(huì)科學(xué)科研項(xiàng)目的評(píng)價(jià)為研究對(duì)象,分析項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢,歸納與總結(jié)取得的成績,探討與評(píng)論存在的不足,從中獲得項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)工作的啟示:一是構(gòu)建全國共建共享的社會(huì)科學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理平臺(tái),二是頒布全國統(tǒng)一的科研立項(xiàng)與成果驗(yàn)收評(píng)價(jià)規(guī)則與指標(biāo)體系,三是基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)按照評(píng)價(jià)規(guī)則來規(guī)范評(píng)價(jià)行為,規(guī)范科研行為。目的是使科研評(píng)價(jià)適應(yīng)科研項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展并更好的促進(jìn)它的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Taking the evaluation of social science scientific research projects in China from 1993 to 2013 as the research object, this paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of the project evaluation, sums up and summarizes the achievements, probes into and comments on the shortcomings of the evaluation. The enlightenment of the project evaluation work is as follows: first, the construction of the social science network management platform, the second is the promulgation of the national unified scientific research project and results acceptance evaluation rules and index system. The third is based on the network platform according to the evaluation rules to standardize evaluation behavior and scientific research behavior. The aim is to adapt scientific research evaluation to the development of scientific research projects.
