【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情在中國的崛起,全面理解當(dāng)前中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情治理的現(xiàn)狀,是科學(xué)改進(jìn)和提高政府治理方式和能力的前提。本文以中國政府20年間(1997-2016)的255份網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情治理政策為主要研究對象,圍繞"誰治理"——治理主體;"治理什么"——治理客體,這兩個治理的核心問題進(jìn)行了定性與定量相結(jié)合的政策研究。研究結(jié)論可為政府提高治理能力、完善治理體系,提供科學(xué)化依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rise of network public opinion in China, it is a prerequisite to scientifically improve and improve the government's governance mode and ability to comprehensively understand the current situation of China's network public opinion governance. This paper focuses on 255 network public opinion governance policies of the Chinese government in the past 20 years (1997-2016), focusing on "who governs" -governance subject, "what governs" -governance object, These two core issues of governance are qualitative and quantitative policy research. The conclusion can provide scientific basis for the government to improve governance ability, perfect governance system and provide scientific basis.
