【摘要】：同群效應(yīng)是指處在相似行業(yè)、相似組織或者具有其他相似特征的群體,群體內(nèi)個(gè)體間互動(dòng)行為所產(chǎn)生的交叉影響。同群效應(yīng)現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)引起了西方學(xué)者的高度關(guān)注和廣泛爭(zhēng)論,但我國(guó)相關(guān)研究非常匱乏,尚處于起步階段。本文通過對(duì)同群效應(yīng)已有的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總結(jié),對(duì)其常用模型進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹,并指出研究中遇到的關(guān)鍵問題和目前常用的解決方法,最后給出同群效應(yīng)潛在的研究方向。對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)尚未深入的同群效應(yīng)研究具有借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The same group effect refers to the cross effect of interaction among individuals in similar industries, similar organizations or groups with other similar characteristics. The phenomenon of homoculturalism has attracted much attention and been widely debated by western scholars, but the related research in China is very scarce and is still in its infancy. In this paper, the existing empirical evidence of the same group effect is systematically summarized, and its common models are introduced in detail. The key problems encountered in the research and the current commonly used solutions are pointed out. Finally, the potential research direction of the same group effect is given. It has reference and guidance significance to the study of homogeneity effect which has not been further studied in our country.
