家庭社會(huì)工作介入農(nóng)村留守兒童問題的案例研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)人口互動(dòng)更加頻繁,大量的農(nóng)村人口進(jìn)入城市工作。由于受到經(jīng)濟(jì)條件和戶籍制度的限制,外出農(nóng)村務(wù)工人員被迫將自己的孩子留在農(nóng)村生活,這些被留在農(nóng)村的孩子就稱為留守兒童,由祖輩承擔(dān)監(jiān)護(hù)責(zé)任。雖然監(jiān)護(hù)人對(duì)孩子精心照料,但由于祖輩監(jiān)護(hù)人自身年邁,精力不濟(jì),再加上教育知識(shí)缺乏等原因致使農(nóng)村留守兒童出現(xiàn)了學(xué)業(yè)不良、叛逆、自卑、脾氣暴躁等問題。這些問題嚴(yán)重影響了農(nóng)村留守兒童的健康成長,需社會(huì)各方合力解決,F(xiàn)階段我國農(nóng)村留守兒童研究大都處于宏觀層面,從國家和社會(huì)角度出發(fā)研究關(guān)于農(nóng)村留守兒童保護(hù)的問題。這類研究覆蓋范圍廣泛,但是缺乏可操作性和實(shí)效性。本文通過農(nóng)村留守兒童的個(gè)案案例結(jié)合農(nóng)村留守兒童家庭問題,運(yùn)用個(gè)案工作的方法技巧、“助人自助”的專業(yè)精神及“以人為本”的服務(wù)理念分析農(nóng)村留守兒童各類問題形成的原因及其特征。主要從微觀層面討論兩個(gè)方面的問題:農(nóng)村留守兒童自身的問題和家庭結(jié)構(gòu)不和諧產(chǎn)生的問題,結(jié)合這兩個(gè)方面的問題尋找辦法來解決農(nóng)村留守兒童心理自卑、情感匱乏、自暴自棄、叛逆等問題。幫助他們樹立信心,感受更多的人文關(guān)懷,從而建立起正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀、道德觀以實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。本文以筆者專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)期間的一個(gè)工作案例為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用家庭社會(huì)工作的研究方法,結(jié)合家庭治療模式和認(rèn)知行為家庭模式,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)查閱和實(shí)地訪談結(jié)合的方法作為研究途徑。從案主呈現(xiàn)的問題著手,深入到家庭,通過接案、預(yù)估、計(jì)劃、介入、評(píng)估建議幾個(gè)步驟完成了本文的基本研究。研究過程中還運(yùn)用同理心、積極傾聽、支持等不同的專業(yè)技巧。通過以上的專業(yè)理論和技術(shù)以求有效解決農(nóng)村留守兒童的一些問題,以及研討如何為其提供專業(yè)的服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, the interaction between urban and rural population is more frequent, a large number of rural population into urban work. Because of the restrictions of economic conditions and household registration system, migrant workers are forced to leave their children in rural life. These children who are left behind in rural areas are called left-behind children, and their grandparents bear the responsibility of guardianship. Although guardians take good care of their children, due to their elders and lack of energy, coupled with lack of education and knowledge, rural left-behind children have problems such as poor study, rebellion, inferiority, temper and so on. These problems have seriously affected the healthy growth of children left behind in rural areas. At present, the study of rural left-behind children in our country is mostly at the macro level, and the problems about the protection of rural left-behind children are studied from the point of view of the state and society. This type of research covers a wide range of areas, but lacks operability and effectiveness. Through the case of rural left-behind children combined with the family problems of rural left-behind children, this paper applies the method and skills of case work. The professional spirit of "helping others to help themselves" and the "people-oriented" service concept analyze the causes and characteristics of various problems of left-behind children in rural areas. This paper mainly discusses two problems from the micro level: the problems of the rural left-behind children and the problems caused by the disharmony of the family structure, combined with these two problems to find a solution to the psychological inferiority complex of the rural left-behind children, and the lack of emotion. The problems of self-abandonment, rebellion, etc. Help them build up confidence, feel more humanistic concern, and thus establish a correct outlook on life, values, morality to achieve self-worth. Based on a case of professional practice, this paper uses the research method of family social work, combining family treatment model and cognitive behavior family model, using the method of literature review and field interview as the research approach. Starting with the problems presented by the victim, the author goes deep into the family, and completes the basic research of this paper by taking the case, estimating, planning, intervening, evaluating and recommending several steps. Research process also uses empathy, active listening, support and other different professional skills. Through the above professional theory and technology to effectively solve some problems of rural left-behind children and discuss how to provide professional services for them.
