【摘要】：目前,中國正處于轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,社會(huì)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、生活等各個(gè)方面都發(fā)生了很大的變化,社會(huì)問題層出不窮,需要幫助的人越來越多。傳統(tǒng)的助人方法已經(jīng)不能夠滿足中國社會(huì)的需要。于是,學(xué)者們開始尋求新的方式來滿足中國社會(huì)的需求,作為助人自助的專業(yè)——社會(huì)工作成為學(xué)者的首選。社會(huì)工作引入中國后,在中國有了一定程度的發(fā)展,但是也出現(xiàn)了很多問題,同中國的文化和實(shí)際不相適應(yīng)。學(xué)者們認(rèn)為解決這些問題最好的方法就是對(duì)社會(huì)工作進(jìn)行本土化建設(shè)。而社會(huì)工作倫理作為社會(huì)工作專業(yè)的核心和靈魂,其本土化建設(shè)是目前社會(huì)工作本土化中最重要的部分。 本文研究思路是通過材料分析,從社會(huì)學(xué)的視角對(duì)社會(huì)工作倫理本土化這一問題進(jìn)行研究。本文對(duì)社會(huì)工作倫理本土化的基本內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定,認(rèn)為社會(huì)工作倫理本土化是一個(gè)不斷變化的過程。它以整合西方社會(huì)工作倫理體系為基礎(chǔ),以中國本土實(shí)際為根本,通過不斷地整合中西方的文化和實(shí)踐來實(shí)現(xiàn)最終的目標(biāo)。對(duì)社會(huì)工作倫理本土化的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)和文化條件進(jìn)行了概括和介紹。指出,中國社會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)工作的需求、本土性社會(huì)工作和專業(yè)社會(huì)工作在中國的實(shí)踐以及政府和社會(huì)工作專業(yè)組織對(duì)社會(huì)工作發(fā)展的推動(dòng)成為社會(huì)工作倫理本土化在中國的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),中西方社會(huì)工作“愛”的思想的相通性、中西方在社會(huì)工作思想來源的相似性以及中國文化兼收并蓄的特性,促成了社會(huì)工作倫理本土化在中國進(jìn)行的文化條件。并對(duì)社會(huì)工作倫理本土化面臨的困境進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為社會(huì)工作倫理本土化面臨的困境主要包括：在對(duì)西方社會(huì)工作倫理體系的整合中面臨著來自借鑒方式和內(nèi)容等方面的困境和對(duì)中國文化的借鑒中面臨著在對(duì)中國傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)工作實(shí)踐和當(dāng)代中國占統(tǒng)治地位的倫理思想吸納的困境等。并結(jié)合實(shí)際,從制度的建構(gòu)、西方文化的整合、中國傳統(tǒng)文化的吸收和對(duì)中國當(dāng)前倫理文化的吸納四個(gè)方面來進(jìn)行基本路徑分析。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a transitional period, the society in the economy, politics, culture, life and other aspects have undergone great changes, social problems emerge in endlessly, more and more people need help. The traditional method of helping others can no longer meet the needs of Chinese society. Therefore, scholars began to seek new ways to meet the needs of Chinese society, as a self-help professional-social work has become the first choice for scholars. After the introduction of social work into China, there has been a certain degree of development in China, but there are also a lot of problems, which are incompatible with Chinese culture and reality. Scholars believe that the best way to solve these problems is to localize social work. As the core and soul of social work, the localization of social work ethics is the most important part of the localization of social work. The research idea of this paper is to study the localization of social work ethics from the perspective of sociology through material analysis. This paper defines the basic connotation of the localization of social work ethics, and holds that the localization of social work ethics is a constantly changing process. It is based on the integration of the western social work ethics system and the Chinese local reality, and achieves the ultimate goal through the continuous integration of Chinese and western culture and practice. The social basis and cultural conditions of the localization of social work ethics are summarized and introduced. He pointed out that China's social needs for social work, The practice of local social work and professional social work in China and the promotion of the development of social work by the government and professional organizations of social work have become the social foundation of the localization of social work ethics in China. At the same time, the similarities of the thought of "love" in social work between China and the West, the similarity of the sources of social work between China and the West, and the characteristics of Chinese culture, have contributed to the cultural conditions of the localization of social work ethics in China. This paper also analyzes the difficulties faced by the localization of social work ethics. It is believed that the difficulties faced by the localization of social work ethics mainly include: in the integration of the ethical system of social work in the West, in the difficulties from the ways and contents of reference, and in the reference to Chinese culture. Chinese traditional social work practice and the predicament of absorbing the dominant ethical thought in contemporary China. Combined with reality, this paper analyzes the basic path from four aspects: the construction of system, the integration of western culture, the absorption of Chinese traditional culture and the absorption of China's current ethical culture.
