【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化深入發(fā)展,文化全球化日益增強(qiáng)。我國以新自由主義、民主社會主義、個人主義和消費(fèi)主義為主要代表的社會思潮領(lǐng)域呈現(xiàn)出諸多新特點(diǎn)。本文在全面分析社會思潮領(lǐng)域的新特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,闡述了社會思潮給我國帶來了正負(fù)兩方面的影響。一方面促進(jìn)了馬克思主義的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新,豐富了中國特色社會主義文化,為解決我國現(xiàn)代化過程中出現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題提供了啟發(fā)和借鑒,但另一方面,在一定程度上弱化了民眾的主流意識形態(tài)認(rèn)同,引起多元價值觀念的沖突,阻礙了社會主義思想道德的建設(shè)。這也是用社會主義核心價值體系引領(lǐng)社會思潮的必要性所在,同時社會主義核心價值體系也具有引領(lǐng)社會思潮的科學(xué)性,它是先進(jìn)性與廣泛性的統(tǒng) 是主導(dǎo)性與整合性的統(tǒng)一,是現(xiàn)實(shí)性與理想性的統(tǒng)一。在馬克思主義引領(lǐng)社會思潮的過程中,我們始終堅持馬克思主義的指導(dǎo)地位并不斷增強(qiáng)其吸引力,堅持尊重差異、包容多樣的方針,堅定不移地抵御錯誤思潮的影響,但是也存在一定程度地不足。 結(jié)合社會思潮對我國的負(fù)面影響以及在引領(lǐng)的過程中的不足之處,本文提出了新階段引領(lǐng)社會思潮的主要途徑,該部分從指導(dǎo)方針、理論深化、實(shí)踐操作逐層推進(jìn),是本文的重點(diǎn)和亮點(diǎn)所在。在指導(dǎo)方針上,要繼續(xù)堅持尊重差異、包容多樣的方針；在理論方面,增強(qiáng)社會主義核心價值體系的主導(dǎo)地位,深入研究其主要內(nèi)容并加強(qiáng)對其的宣傳力度,鞏固其對社會思潮的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)；在實(shí)踐層面,一要加強(qiáng)對我國多元社會思潮的研究,增強(qiáng)引領(lǐng)的針對性；二要加強(qiáng)黨員干部、青少年學(xué)生、知識分子等重點(diǎn)人群的思想理論教育,找準(zhǔn)引領(lǐng)的著力點(diǎn)；三要加強(qiáng)對各類媒體的控制,發(fā)揮各類媒介優(yōu)勢,把握正確的輿論導(dǎo)向,營造引領(lǐng)的和諧環(huán)境；四要發(fā)揮各級黨委政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用、利用學(xué)校的理論熏陶作用、重視農(nóng)村基層的滲透作用、借助各種社會團(tuán)體組織的特殊作用,齊抓共管,全方位提升引領(lǐng)的有效性。只有進(jìn)行多層面的展開,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)對社會思潮的有效引領(lǐng)。
[Abstract]:In today's world, economic globalization is developing in depth, and cultural globalization is increasing day by day. The field of social thought represented by neoliberalism, democratic socialism, individualism and consumerism presents many new features. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the new characteristics of the social ideological field, this paper expounds the positive and negative effects of the social ideological trend on our country. On the one hand, it promotes the development and innovation of Marxism, enriches the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and provides inspiration and reference for solving the practical problems in the process of modernization of our country, but on the other hand, To some extent, it weakens the mainstream ideological identity of the people, causes the conflict of multiple values, and hinders the construction of socialist ideology and morality. This is also the necessity of using the socialist core value system to lead the social trend of thought. At the same time, the socialist core value system also has the scientific nature of leading the social trend of thought. It is the unity of the advanced nature and the universality, the unity of the leading and the integration, the unity of the reality and the ideal. In the process of Marxism leading the social trend of thought, we always adhere to the guiding position of Marxism and constantly enhance its attractiveness, adhere to the principle of respecting differences, containing various kinds of ideas, and unswervingly resist the influence of erroneous ideological trends. But there is also a certain degree of inadequacy. Combined with the negative influence of social thoughts on our country and the shortcomings in the process of leading, this paper puts forward the main ways to lead the social ideological trend in the new stage, which is promoted layer by layer from the guiding principle, the deepening of theory and the practical operation. Is the focal point and bright spot of this article. In terms of guidelines, we should continue to adhere to the policy of respecting differences and embracing diversity; in theory, we should strengthen the leading position of the socialist core value system, study its main contents in depth, and intensify its propaganda. To consolidate its leadership over social trends of thought; to strengthen the study of pluralistic social trends of thought in our country in practice; to strengthen the pertinence of guidance; and to strengthen ideological and theoretical education for key groups such as party members and cadres, young students, intellectuals, etc. Third, we should strengthen the control over all kinds of media, give play to the advantages of all kinds of media, grasp the correct guidance of public opinion, and create a harmonious environment for guidance; fourth, we should give full play to the leading role of party committees and governments at all levels. We should make use of the influence of school theory, attach importance to the infiltration of the rural grassroots, and make use of the special role of various social organizations, so as to improve the effectiveness of the guidance in all directions. Only carries on the multi-level development, can realize to the social trend of thought's effective guidance.
