【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放之后,大規(guī)模的農(nóng)村人口向城市流動(dòng),而近幾年,由于經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的影響,很多進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員又離開(kāi)城市返回自己家鄉(xiāng)。這其中就包括了大量的女性,這些女性在外出打工之后視野開(kāi)闊,具備一定的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)同時(shí)也存在一定的困境。本文以安徽省淮南市鳳臺(tái)縣彭伍村返鄉(xiāng)歸來(lái)農(nóng)民工婦女為例,研究分析返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工婦女的生存現(xiàn)狀、困境和需求,初步探討了將小組工作方法運(yùn)用到農(nóng)村返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工婦女服務(wù)中所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和前景。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, a large number of rural population flow to the city, and in recent years, due to the impact of the economic crisis, many migrant workers have left the city to return to their hometown. This includes a large number of women, these women in the field of work after a broad field of vision, with a certain quality of business at the same time there are certain difficulties. This paper takes Pengwu Village, Fengtai County, Huainan City, Anhui Province as an example to study and analyze the living situation, predicament and demand of migrant workers returning home. The advantages and prospects of applying the group working method to the service of rural migrant workers are discussed.
