【摘要】：在政治學(xué)方法論發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,(KKV,1994)是一部地位獨(dú)特的著作,由其出版所引發(fā)的方法論大辯論,特別是其中"定量與定性之爭(zhēng)",帶動(dòng)了整個(gè)政治學(xué)界對(duì)方法論的深入理解及方法創(chuàng)新。這篇文章圍繞上述"定量與定性之爭(zhēng)"問題,闡述了作者對(duì)方法論的理解。具體而言,文章重點(diǎn)批評(píng)了一些學(xué)者(包括KKV在內(nèi))錯(cuò)誤地認(rèn)為:"尋求因果解釋"的最重要途徑,就是用定量方法甄別"原因的影響"。對(duì)文章作者而言,這是一個(gè)對(duì)研究方法相當(dāng)狹隘的理解,但也沒有任何捷徑可以超越兩者之爭(zhēng),只有懂得多種技巧并理解它們各自的長(zhǎng)處和短處,才能夠在面對(duì)實(shí)際的研究問題時(shí),靈活運(yùn)用不同的方法組合,比較好地解決研究問題。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of the methodology of political science, (KKV1994) is a unique work, which is a great debate on methodology caused by its publication. In particular, the dispute between quantitative and qualitative has led the whole political circles to have a deep understanding of methodology and method innovation. This article expounds the author's understanding of methodology around the above-mentioned dispute between quantitative and qualitative. In particular, some scholars (including KKV) have been criticized for wrongly believing that the most important way to "seek causal explanation" is to identify the "influence of cause" by quantitative method. For the author of the article, this is a fairly narrow understanding of the research approach, but there is no shortcut beyond the two, only to learn a variety of techniques and understand their respective strengths and weaknesses. In the face of practical research problems, flexible use of different methods to solve the problem.
