【摘要】：在個體化社會中,青年人呈現(xiàn)"原子化"的生存狀態(tài),新部落實質(zhì)上是青年個體重返共同體的新嘗試。但這種重返并不是形式上返回到原始部落,而是一種螺旋式返回:以趣緣為紐帶,同時結(jié)合了傳統(tǒng)形式和現(xiàn)代技術(shù)的一種新型部落,在組織結(jié)構(gòu)、聯(lián)結(jié)紐帶、交往內(nèi)容和參與模式方面都與傳統(tǒng)青年組織存在差異,呈現(xiàn)出平等性、互動性、自目的性和情感性特征。作為現(xiàn)代社會的新型群體組織,新部落吸引了一大批青年人,通過聚集、互動,讓原子化的個體重新"在一起"。在情感共享中促進社會的團結(jié),在趣緣互動中促進青年的社會化,必然會對個體及社會的整合進程具有重要影響。
[Abstract]:In the individualized society, the young people present the "atomization" living state, and the new tribe is essentially a new attempt to return the young individual to the community. But this return is not a formal return to the original tribe, but a spiral return: a new type of tribe, linked by interest, combined with traditional forms and modern technology, organized and linked. The communication content and participation mode are different from the traditional youth organizations, showing equality, interactivity, self-purpose and affective characteristics. As the new group organization of modern society, the new tribe attracts a large number of young people, through gathering and interacting, let the atomized individual "together" again. Promoting social unity in emotional sharing and promoting youth socialization in interest interaction will inevitably have an important impact on the process of individual and social integration.
