【摘要】：人類歷史是一部發(fā)展史,婦女作為這一發(fā)展史中的主體,在創(chuàng)造人類文明的同時也被人類自我束縛著,因此,婦女權益保護一直是人類自我解放、自我發(fā)展中的一大重要課題。馬克思曾經(jīng)說過:“社會的進步可以用女性的社會地位來精確衡量”,現(xiàn)代社會的快速發(fā)展、女性在家庭與社會中角色的變化,促使人們開始正視女性權益問題,各個國家都出臺了一系列女性權益保護的法律和措施。改革開放以來我國重新確立了“解放思想、實事求是”的發(fā)展思路,對于婦女權益保護工作也開始緊跟世界文明的發(fā)展步伐,積極開展婦女權益保護的各項工作,并取得了一定的成績。本文除緒論以外共有五個部分。第一部分首先對婦女權益保護的內(nèi)涵進行探討,旨在解釋清楚本論文所要研究的問題的實質(zhì)與核心所在,其次還闡釋了新時期關注婦女權益保護問題的重要性,奠定本文論述基礎;第二部分著重對婦女問題產(chǎn)生和存在的根源進行研究,從歷史根源、經(jīng)濟根源、思想根源三個角度進行探討,在將婦女權益保護的歷史背景梳理清楚的基礎上,用唯物主義的思維方式找到婦女權益保護問題產(chǎn)生和存在的根源;第三部分對新時期我國在婦女權益保護工作中的成就進行總結(jié),并從總結(jié)經(jīng)驗的基礎上結(jié)合現(xiàn)實發(fā)展的需求找到今后婦女權益保護工作的入手點;第四部分則對目前我國婦女權益保護中在政治、社會、家庭領域中存在的突出問題進行探討,找到新時期我國婦女權益工作的重心所在;第五部分針對我國新時期婦女權益保護工作中存在的問題從不同層面、不同角度,提出相應的對策,旨在為我國婦女事業(yè)的發(fā)展提供自己的一些力量。人的自由而全面發(fā)展是馬克思主義人類解放的終極目標和歸宿,婦女解放的最終目標就是女性作為一個完整的、具有女性特質(zhì)的人的自由而全面的發(fā)展。盡管新時期中國婦女解放還面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn),但婦女解放、男女平等已成為不可阻擋的世界潮流,作為擁有幾千年人類文明、綜合國力快速提升的中國一定會在推進婦女解放方面對世界作出更大、更新的貢獻。
[Abstract]:Human history is a history in which women, as the main body of the development history, are bound by human beings while creating human civilization. Therefore, the protection of women's rights and interests has always been an important subject of human self-emancipation and self-development. Marx once said: "Social progress can be accurately measured by women's social status." the rapid development of modern society and the changes in women's roles in the family and society have prompted people to begin to face up to the issue of women's rights and interests. Various countries have issued a series of laws and measures to protect women's rights and interests. Since the reform and opening up, China has re-established the development mentality of "emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts." the work of protecting the rights and interests of women has also begun to keep pace with the development of world civilization and actively carry out all kinds of work of protecting women's rights and interests. And has made certain achievements. In addition to the introduction, there are five parts in this paper. The first part discusses the connotation of the protection of women's rights and interests in order to explain the essence and the core of the problems to be studied in this paper, and then explains the importance of paying close attention to the protection of women's rights and interests in the new period. The second part focuses on the study of the origin of women's problems, from the historical, economic and ideological sources. On the basis of combing the historical background of the protection of women's rights and interests, the author finds out the origin of the problem of protection of women's rights and interests in the way of materialistic thinking. The third part summarizes the achievements of our country in the protection of women's rights and interests in the new period, and finds out the starting point of the protection of women's rights and interests in the future on the basis of summing up experience and combining with the needs of practical development. The fourth part discusses the prominent problems existing in the field of politics, society and family in the protection of women's rights and interests in our country at present, and finds out the focus of our country's women's rights and interests work in the new period. The fifth part is aimed at the problems existing in the protection of women's rights and interests in the new period of our country, from different levels and from different angles, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide some strength for the development of women's cause in our country. The free and all-round development of human beings is the ultimate goal and destination of human liberation of Marxism, and the ultimate goal of women's liberation is the free and comprehensive development of women as a complete and feminine person. Although Chinese women's liberation still faces many challenges in the new period, women's liberation and equality between men and women have become an irresistible trend in the world. China, with its rapidly increasing comprehensive national strength, will make greater and newer contributions to the world in promoting women's liberation.
