【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),政府統(tǒng)計(jì)工作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展提供了有利支撐,統(tǒng)計(jì)作為提供國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行和社會(huì)發(fā)展情況信息的重要工具,受到了國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)外政府、公眾、學(xué)者越來(lái)越廣泛關(guān)注�？梢哉f(shuō),政府統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)工作在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的幾十年里起到了卓有成效的作用。2015年,李克強(qiáng)總理在全國(guó)推進(jìn)簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)放管結(jié)合職能轉(zhuǎn)變工作電視電話會(huì)議上提出,要"簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)、放管結(jié)合、優(yōu)化服務(wù),深化行政體制改革,切實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能。"地方政府統(tǒng)計(jì)部門(mén)如何調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)變工作職能和作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)政府統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)工作的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,從而適應(yīng)新要求,打開(kāi)新局面,邁上新臺(tái)階,推動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)健康、快速、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,這是擺在各地政府統(tǒng)計(jì)部門(mén)面前需要思考的新課題。本文主要針對(duì)C縣政府統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)工作進(jìn)行研究,首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)理論和政府統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)工作概念和我國(guó)政府統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)工作的歷史沿革進(jìn)行綜述,隨后講述目前C縣政府統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)工作的現(xiàn)狀,提出C縣在政府統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)工作中存在的問(wèn)題及問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,然后通過(guò)結(jié)合前人研究與自己的實(shí)踐,并參考國(guó)內(nèi)外其他國(guó)家城市的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在最后一章提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。論文力圖尋找合理的方法措施提升政府統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)工作,以期統(tǒng)計(jì)工作能在地方的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮最高的效率,不斷促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, government statistics has provided favorable support for the rapid economic and social development of our country. As an important tool to provide information on the operation of the national economy and social development, statistics has been received by the government and the public at home and abroad. Scholars are paying more and more attention to it. It can be said that government statistical services have played an effective role in the rapid economic development of China in the past few decades. In 2015, Prime Minister Li Keqiang proposed at a national teleconference to promote the decentralization of government power, release of power, and the transformation of functions. It is necessary to "simplify the administration and delegate power, combine the administration with the administration, optimize the service, deepen the reform of the administrative system, and effectively transform the government functions." How to adjust and change the functions and functions of local government statistics departments, realize the transformation and development of government statistical services, adapt to the new requirements, open up a new situation, step up to a new level, and promote the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of the local economy, This is a new subject that needs to be considered in front of local government statistics departments. This paper mainly focuses on the research of C county government statistical service. Firstly, it summarizes the related theories at home and abroad, the concept of government statistical service and the historical evolution of government statistical service in China. Then, the current situation of government statistical service in C county is described, and the problems existing in the government statistical service in C county and the causes of the problems are analyzed. Then, by combining the previous studies and their own practice, the paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the problems in the government statistical service work in C county. With reference to the advanced experience of other cities at home and abroad, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the last chapter. This paper tries to find reasonable methods and measures to improve the government statistical service, so that the statistical work can bring into play the highest efficiency in the local economic development and promote the healthy development of the local economy.
