【摘要】：社區(qū)文化作為社會主義文化事業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),是中國先進(jìn)文化建設(shè)的重要方面,是推進(jìn)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的重要因素,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)最廣大人民群眾根本利益的重要方面。社區(qū)文化建設(shè)水平的高低,質(zhì)量的好壞,是衡量一個國家一個民族文化教育素質(zhì)高低的重要標(biāo)志。新時期我國的社區(qū)文化建設(shè)盡管已取得了明顯的成績和一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn),但存在的問題也很突出,總體來看,社區(qū)文化建設(shè)還處在初始階段,雖然大多數(shù)社區(qū)圍繞社區(qū)文化建設(shè)建立了相應(yīng)的機(jī)構(gòu)或配備了負(fù)責(zé)人,在原有村居或居民小區(qū)文化設(shè)施的基礎(chǔ)上,投資配備了一批文化體育娛樂設(shè)施,并結(jié)合慶祝節(jié)日或全民健身活動開展了一定范圍的群眾文化生活,但充其量,只能算是初步建立了社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的載體。無法發(fā)揮社區(qū)文化應(yīng)有的凝聚人心、強(qiáng)化認(rèn)同感和歸屬感的作用。本文通過研究深圳市桃源居社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的優(yōu)秀案例,總結(jié)了我國社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的成敗得失,為我國社區(qū)文化的建設(shè)提供了有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 本文第一章寫問題提出的背景及意義;第二章是相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述;第三章主要寫我國社區(qū)文化建設(shè)所取得的成績及存在的問題;第四章是本文的核心部分,提出了加強(qiáng)我國社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的具體對策。
[Abstract]:As the foundation of socialist cultural cause, community culture is an important aspect of China's advanced cultural construction, an important factor to promote the development of advanced productive forces, and an important aspect of realizing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. The level and quality of community culture construction is an important symbol to measure the cultural and educational quality of one nation and one nation. Although the construction of community culture in our country has made obvious achievements and certain experience in the new period, the existing problems are also very prominent. Generally speaking, the construction of community culture is still in the initial stage. Although most communities have set up corresponding institutions or have been equipped with responsible persons around the construction of community culture, they have invested in a number of cultural, sports and recreational facilities on the basis of the cultural facilities in the original villages or residential areas. And combined with the celebration of festivals or national fitness activities to carry out a certain range of mass cultural life, but at best, can only be considered as the initial establishment of the carrier of community culture construction. Unable to play the role of community culture to strengthen the sense of identity and sense of belonging. By studying the outstanding cases of Taoyuanju community culture construction in Shenzhen City, this paper summarizes the success or failure of the community culture construction in our country, and provides beneficial experience for the construction of the community culture in our country. The first chapter is the background and significance of the problem; the second chapter is the literature review; the third chapter mainly describes the achievements and problems in the construction of our community culture; the fourth chapter is the core part of this paper. Put forward the concrete countermeasure that strengthens our country community culture construction.
