【摘要】：目的了解3種不同養(yǎng)老模式下老年人的生活質(zhì)量和衛(wèi)生服務(wù)需求狀況。方法采用中文版簡明健康調(diào)查問卷(SF-36)和自行編制的衛(wèi)生服務(wù)需求量表,抽取寧夏固原市城區(qū)家庭、機構(gòu)、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的老年人,對其生活質(zhì)量及衛(wèi)生服務(wù)需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果不同養(yǎng)老模式中老年人的生活質(zhì)量和衛(wèi)生需求存在差異性,不同養(yǎng)老模式老年人的生活質(zhì)量和衛(wèi)生需求呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論不同養(yǎng)老方式下老年人生活質(zhì)量和衛(wèi)生服務(wù)需求不同,應(yīng)按老年人養(yǎng)老方式的不同有針對性地提供衛(wèi)生服務(wù),提高其生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the quality of life and health service demand of the elderly under three different pension models. Methods the Chinese health survey questionnaire (SF-36) and the self-designed health service demand scale were used to investigate the quality of life and health service demand of the elderly in Guyuan city of Ningxia. Results there were differences in the quality of life and the health needs of the elderly in different old-age care models, while there was a negative correlation between the quality of life and the health needs of the elderly in different pension models. Conclusion the quality of life and the demand for health services are different in different old-age care styles, so it is necessary to provide health services according to the different old-age care styles and to improve their quality of life.
