【摘要】：大腸癌作為最常見(jiàn)的惡性腫瘤,其發(fā)病率及致死率一直是居高不下的。隨著人們生活水平的日益提高,其發(fā)病率仍有逐年升高的趨勢(shì),嚴(yán)重威脅了人類(lèi)的生命安全。本文主要應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的方法將大腸癌患者的病理學(xué)參數(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,來(lái)探討大腸癌的發(fā)病規(guī)律,以期為日后對(duì)大腸癌的研究與臨床治療起到一定的參考價(jià)值。 文章在分析大腸癌發(fā)病規(guī)律時(shí)總要分為兩個(gè)部分,一部分為對(duì)一般規(guī)律的分析,另一部分為對(duì)大腸癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)因素的分析。根據(jù)所選取變量的不同類(lèi)型,主要采用四種分析方法,即相關(guān)分析、方差分析、對(duì)數(shù)線(xiàn)性模型分析及l(fā)ogistic回歸分析。對(duì)于第一部分,主要通過(guò)圖形及表格的形式將某個(gè)或某幾個(gè)變量之間的相互作用關(guān)系直觀(guān)的表示出來(lái),從而尋找大腸癌的發(fā)病規(guī)律。在進(jìn)行二分類(lèi)logistic回歸分析時(shí),首先對(duì)各個(gè)變量進(jìn)行單因素分析,然后將具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的變量帶入模型中再進(jìn)行回歸分析。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)模型的診斷與修正,得到最終各臨床及病理因素與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系的結(jié)果。 本文的第一部分介紹了目前對(duì)大腸癌研究的現(xiàn)狀及論文的背景和意義。第二部分主要就分析中使用的模型及方法從理論上進(jìn)行論述。第三部分根據(jù)遼寧省人民醫(yī)院近年來(lái)大腸癌病患的相關(guān)臨床及病理資料進(jìn)行具體分析并得出有參考性的結(jié)論。第四部分主要就前文內(nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)及展望。
[Abstract]:Colorectal cancer as the most common malignant tumor, its incidence and mortality has been high. With the improvement of people's living standard, the incidence rate is still increasing year by year, which seriously threatens the safety of human life. This article mainly uses the statistical method to analyze the pathological parameters of patients with colorectal cancer, to explore the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, in order to play a certain reference value for the future research and clinical treatment of colorectal cancer. In this paper, there are two parts to analyze the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, one is to analyze the general law, the other is to analyze the factors related to lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. According to the different types of variables selected, four analytical methods are mainly used, namely, correlation analysis, variance analysis, logarithmic linear model analysis and logistic regression analysis. For the first part, the interaction relationship between one or a few variables is expressed intuitively by the form of graph and table, so as to find the law of the occurrence of colorectal cancer. In the two-classification logistic regression analysis, the single factor analysis of each variable is carried out first, and then the statistically significant variables are introduced into the model and then the regression analysis is carried out. The relationship between clinical and pathological factors and lymph node metastasis was obtained through the diagnosis and correction of the model. The first part of this paper introduces the current status of colorectal cancer research and the background and significance of the paper. The second part mainly discusses the models and methods used in the analysis. The third part analyzes the clinical and pathological data of colorectal cancer patients in Liaoning Provincial people's Hospital in recent years and draws some useful conclusions. The fourth part mainly summarizes and looks forward to the previous contents.
