【摘要】：親密關(guān)系較一般人際關(guān)系對(duì)人具有更為重要的意義,親密關(guān)系喪失對(duì)人的影響也會(huì)更為深遠(yuǎn),失戀就是一個(gè)突出例證。失戀可導(dǎo)致程度不等的身心傷害,如何走出失戀陰影、修復(fù)失戀傷害是一個(gè)值得關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。本研究試圖引入"寬恕"這一積極心理學(xué)視角,對(duì)失戀之后主體內(nèi)部是否存在寬恕,會(huì)是怎樣的心理機(jī)制,又受到哪些因素的影響等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討。由于此領(lǐng)域缺少相關(guān)研究,因此本研究具有較大的探索性。本研究采用三個(gè)系列研究,前后鋪墊,相互印證。研究一是開(kāi)放性、探索性和描述性研究。通過(guò)對(duì)19位失戀者的半結(jié)構(gòu)化深入訪(fǎng)談及對(duì)訪(fǎng)談資料的質(zhì)性分析,從寬恕的方向性、過(guò)程性以及實(shí)質(zhì)三方面,架構(gòu)出失戀后寬恕的內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn);并結(jié)合生態(tài)系統(tǒng)視角,從自我、關(guān)系、外在社會(huì)支持、重大事件等層面揭示了失戀寬恕的影響因素。為了進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展量化研究,研究二編制了失戀寬恕問(wèn)卷。在研究一的訪(fǎng)談資料和289份半開(kāi)放式大眾問(wèn)卷的基礎(chǔ)上,提取項(xiàng)目池,自編成失戀寬恕初始問(wèn)卷,發(fā)放并回收258份。對(duì)其進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和項(xiàng)目修訂后,形成失戀寬恕正式問(wèn)卷并再次施測(cè)。對(duì)所回收的318份問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,結(jié)果顯示:自編《失戀寬恕問(wèn)卷》有寬恕自我和寬恕他人兩個(gè)維度,且信效度良好。研究三基于文獻(xiàn)綜述及研究一所發(fā)現(xiàn)的影響失戀寬恕的核心變量,運(yùn)用研究二編制的《失戀寬恕問(wèn)卷》,并采用心理控制源量表、共依附量表,對(duì)425名有失戀經(jīng)驗(yàn)的成人進(jìn)行調(diào)查,旨在探討外控型人格與寬恕的關(guān)系,并驗(yàn)證共依附在此兩者間可能的中介作用。結(jié)果顯示:外控、失戀后寬恕與共依附之間均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)正相關(guān),共依附在外控與失戀寬恕的關(guān)系間起部分中介作用。綜上,本研究通過(guò)質(zhì)性和量化的方法,探索性研究了失戀寬恕的特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)和影響因素,編制了量化工具,研究具有一定的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The intimate relationship has more important meaning to the person than the ordinary interpersonal relationship, and the loss of the intimate relationship will have a more profound influence on the person, and the lovelorn is an outstanding example. Lovelorn can lead to different degrees of physical and mental injury, how to get out of the lovelorn shadow, repair the lovelorn injury is a problem worth paying attention to. This study attempts to introduce the positive psychological perspective of "forgiveness" to explore whether there is forgiveness within the subject after being lovelorn, what kind of psychological mechanism it will be, and what factors will affect it. Due to the lack of relevant research in this field, this study has a greater exploratory. This research adopts three series of research, the front and rear cushion, mutually corroborates. The first is open, exploratory and descriptive research. Through the deep and semi-structured interviews with 19 lovelorn people and the qualitative analysis of the interview data, this paper constructs the contents and characteristics of forgiveness after lovelorn from three aspects: direction, process and substance of forgiveness, and from the perspective of ecosystem, from the point of view of the ecosystem, from the perspective of self. The relationship, external social support and major events reveal the influence factors of lovelorn forgiveness. In order to carry out further quantitative research, study 2 compiled the lovelorn forgiveness questionnaire. On the basis of the interview data and 289 semi-open questionnaires, the project pool was extracted, the initial questionnaire of lovelorn forgiveness was compiled, and 258 questionnaires were distributed and recovered. After data analysis and project revision, a formal questionnaire on lovelorn forgiveness was formed and tested again. The data of 318 questionnaires were analyzed. The results showed that there were two dimensions of forgiveness self and forgiving others, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good. The third study was based on literature review and research on the core variables found to affect lovelorn forgiveness, using the lovelorn forgiveness questionnaire developed in study 2, and using the locus of control scale and dependency scale. A total of 425 adults with experience in lovelorn were investigated to explore the relationship between extrinsic personality and forgiveness, and to verify the possible intermediary role of codependency between the two. The results showed that there was a statistical positive correlation between external control, post-lovelorn forgiveness and co-attachment, and the relationship between codependency and lovelorn forgiveness played a part of intermediary role. To sum up, this study explores the characteristics, structure and influencing factors of lovelorn forgiveness through qualitative and quantitative methods. The research has some theoretical and practical significance.
