【摘要】：“蟻?zhàn)濉边@個(gè)名稱，自從2009年被廉思提出以后，廣泛出現(xiàn)在人們的視野中�！跋�?zhàn)濉笔菍劬釉诖蟪鞘校ɡ纾荷虾！V州、北京、武漢等）邊緣上百萬高校畢業(yè)生低收入群體的形象概括。他們普遍接受過高等教育，有著很深的文化涵養(yǎng)，有著青春的激情，卻住著租金很低的簡陋房屋，吃著粗茶淡飯，從事著沒有任何保險(xiǎn)的臨時(shí)性的工作，用卑微的生存方式以求大城市安身立命的資本。對于這樣龐大的弱勢群體，國家與社會(huì)如果不管不問，將來勢必引發(fā)更大的社會(huì)問題。這不僅會(huì)浪費(fèi)大量寶貴的人才資源，影響上百萬家庭的幸福，還會(huì)激化社會(huì)矛盾，擾亂社會(huì)秩序，阻礙和諧社會(huì)的健康發(fā)展的步伐，所以研究“蟻?zhàn)濉眴栴}具有現(xiàn)實(shí)性的意義。本文是在十八大推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義文化的大發(fā)展大繁榮，建立社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國的大背景下，從思維方式、價(jià)值觀念、情感方式、行為方式及人格追求的層面來探究“蟻?zhàn)濉蔽幕睦斫Y(jié)構(gòu)的。通過對“蟻?zhàn)濉蔽幕睦斫Y(jié)構(gòu)的剖析，總結(jié)并歸納出“蟻?zhàn)濉蔽幕睦斫Y(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的原因及存在的問題，從而提出優(yōu)化“蟻?zhàn)濉蔽幕睦斫Y(jié)構(gòu)的可行性措施，促進(jìn)并引導(dǎo)“蟻?zhàn)濉背蔀樯鐣?huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)者和創(chuàng)造者。全文共有三章，第一章概括文化心理結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)涵特征并從思維方式、價(jià)值觀念、行為方式及心理訴求方面闡述了“蟻?zhàn)濉蔽幕睦斫Y(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)容。第二章，從生活環(huán)境與工作環(huán)境層面敘述“蟻?zhàn)濉蔽幕睦斫Y(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀，分析出“蟻?zhàn)濉蔽幕睦斫Y(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題，并預(yù)測未來的發(fā)展趨勢及對社會(huì)的雙重作用，，從而總結(jié)出造成“蟻?zhàn)濉蔽幕睦斫Y(jié)構(gòu)的原因。第三章，探索優(yōu)化與完善“蟻?zhàn)濉蔽幕睦斫Y(jié)構(gòu)的對策，一是建立現(xiàn)代思維方式；二是樹立社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀；三是建立新型的行為方式；四是加強(qiáng)和諧心理素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The name "ant tribe" has been widely seen since it was proposed by Lian Si in 2009. The "ant tribe" is a summary of the image of millions of low-income college graduates living in large cities (such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Wuhan, etc.). They have generally received higher education, have a deep culture, have a passion for youth, but live in humble houses with very low rents, eat crude meals, and take temporary jobs without any insurance. The capital of seeking the survival of a large city in a humble way of life. For such a large vulnerable group, the state and society, if not asked, will inevitably lead to greater social problems in the future. This will not only waste a large number of valuable human resources, affect the happiness of millions of families, but also intensify social contradictions, disrupt social order, hinder the healthy development of a harmonious society, so it is of practical significance to study the problem of "ant tribe". This article is based on the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and the establishment of a powerful socialist culture in the context of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, from the perspective of the way of thinking, the concept of values, and the way of emotion. Behavior and personality to explore the "ant" cultural psychological structure. Through the analysis of the cultural psychological structure of the "ant tribe", the causes and problems of the cultural psychological structure of the "ant tribe" are summarized and summarized, and the feasible measures to optimize the cultural psychological structure of the "ant tribe" are put forward. To promote and guide the "ant tribe" to become the builders and creators of the socialist harmonious society. There are three chapters in this paper. The first chapter generalizes the connotation characteristics of the cultural psychological structure and expounds the content of the cultural psychological structure of the "ant tribe" from the aspects of the mode of thinking, the concept of value, the way of behavior and the demands of psychology. In the second chapter, from the aspect of living environment and working environment, the author narrates the present situation of the cultural psychological structure of "ant tribe", analyzes the problems existing in the cultural psychological structure of "ant tribe", and predicts the future development trend and its dual function to the society. Therefore, the causes of the cultural psychological structure of the "ant tribe" are summarized. The third chapter explores the countermeasures to optimize and perfect the cultural psychological structure of the "ant tribe", one is to establish the modern mode of thinking, the other is to establish the socialist core values, the third is to establish a new type of behavior, and the fourth is to strengthen the cultivation of harmonious psychological quality.
