【摘要】：伴隨著近年來(lái)由于老年人口逐漸增多,導(dǎo)致人口老齡化越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重的現(xiàn)象,對(duì)于老年人采取社會(huì)支持的方式進(jìn)行幫助也越來(lái)越被全社會(huì)所關(guān)注。目前國(guó)內(nèi)獨(dú)居老人的社會(huì)支持研究主要包括四個(gè)方面：社會(huì)支持概念、老年人社會(huì)支持現(xiàn)狀分析、社會(huì)支持對(duì)老年人身心健康影響評(píng)價(jià)、老年人獲得社會(huì)支持來(lái)源分析。雖然在理論研究方面,已日趨完善和成熟,通過(guò)這些理論使獨(dú)居老人的問(wèn)題得到了量化和詳細(xì)的分析,在有形和無(wú)形方面給獨(dú)居老人帶來(lái)了很多的便利。但是在實(shí)踐當(dāng)中,通過(guò)社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)性與獨(dú)居老人社會(huì)支持理論的結(jié)合卻少之又少。因此,本文嘗試采用獨(dú)居老人社會(huì)支持理論,通過(guò)小組社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)方法,從而探索小組工作在社區(qū)為獨(dú)居老人開(kāi)展活動(dòng)的有效方式。第一,對(duì)Y社區(qū)的獨(dú)居老人進(jìn)行需求評(píng)估,了解獨(dú)居老人的基本狀況,從而確定活動(dòng)內(nèi)容和活動(dòng)形式,進(jìn)而成立有針對(duì)性的小組；第二,同參與活動(dòng)的獨(dú)居老人一起制定活動(dòng)計(jì)劃,在設(shè)計(jì)小組活動(dòng)計(jì)劃書(shū)時(shí)要吸納和聽(tīng)取獨(dú)居老人們的意見(jiàn)；第三,根據(jù)小組活動(dòng)計(jì)劃書(shū)進(jìn)行實(shí)施,對(duì)活動(dòng)效果進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),同時(shí)觀察小組成員的變化,從而不斷完善小組計(jì)劃；第四,對(duì)本次小組活動(dòng)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,發(fā)現(xiàn)本次活動(dòng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與缺點(diǎn),并且進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題要提出改正意見(jiàn)。筆者希望通過(guò)本文為獨(dú)居老人問(wèn)題的研究與實(shí)踐提供一個(gè)新的視角,并且能夠總結(jié)出社會(huì)支持理論聯(lián)系小組工作在實(shí)踐中的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足之處,希望能對(duì)提高小組工作的為老服務(wù)的質(zhì)量起到幫助和促進(jìn)的作用,以及調(diào)動(dòng)老年人社區(qū)參與的積極性,從而提高為老服務(wù)的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the elderly population in recent years, the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious, and the society pays more and more attention to help the elderly by the way of social support. At present, the research on social support for the elderly living alone mainly includes four aspects: the concept of social support, the analysis of the current situation of social support for the elderly, the evaluation of the impact of social support on the physical and mental health of the elderly, and the analysis of the source of social support for the elderly. Although the theoretical research has become more and more perfect and mature, through these theories, the problem of the elderly living alone has been quantified and analyzed in detail, which has brought a lot of convenience to the elderly living alone in tangible and intangible aspects. But in practice, the combination of professional social work and social support theory for the elderly living alone is rare. Therefore, this paper attempts to adopt the theory of social support for the elderly living alone, through the professional method of group social work, so as to explore the effective way of group work in the community to carry out activities for the elderly living alone. First, to assess the needs of the elderly living alone in Community Y, to understand the basic situation of the elderly living alone, so as to determine the content and form of activities, and then to set up targeted groups; second, We should draw up the activity plan together with the old people who live alone in the activities, absorb and listen to the opinions of the old people living alone when designing the plan of activities of the group; third, carry out the activities according to the plan of the group activities, and evaluate the effect of the activities. At the same time, observe the changes of the group members, so as to continuously improve the group plan; fourth, to evaluate the group activities, find out the strengths and weaknesses of this activity, and summarize the existing problems should be corrected. The author hopes to provide a new perspective for the study and practice of the problem of the elderly living alone, and to sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the social support theory contact group in practice. It is hoped that it can help and promote the quality of service for the elderly in the group work, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the elderly community to participate, thus improving the quality of the service for the elderly.
