小組工作介入隔代教養(yǎng)模式下兒童不良行為研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程腳步的加快,經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化建設(shè)的迅速發(fā)展,社會(huì)生活水平得到了顯著的提高。與此同時(shí),社會(huì)各方面發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,其中,家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變即是一個(gè)顯著的特征。在社會(huì)高齡化趨勢(shì)的大環(huán)境下,不僅農(nóng)村家庭涌現(xiàn)出越來(lái)越多的留守兒童,對(duì)于核心家庭占領(lǐng)主導(dǎo)地位的城市家庭,很多年輕人負(fù)重沉重的生活壓力,迫于各種原因不得以將孩子交由身體狀況良好、精神狀態(tài)相對(duì)還算充沛的爺爺奶奶、外公外婆撫養(yǎng)的情況也越來(lái)越多。隔代教養(yǎng)愈來(lái)愈成為一種大的流行趨勢(shì),接受隔代教養(yǎng)的兒童數(shù)量愈來(lái)愈多。在隔代教養(yǎng)的條件下,父母感情與陪伴的缺乏使他們不滿足于現(xiàn)在的情感現(xiàn)狀,生活環(huán)境的改變使他們很難適應(yīng)于現(xiàn)在的生存現(xiàn)狀,此外,然而隔代松散的管束、放任自由甚至溺愛(ài)的教養(yǎng)態(tài)度、不當(dāng)?shù)慕甜B(yǎng)方式、落后的教育理念等原因都在一定程度上直接導(dǎo)致了該群體行為習(xí)慣異常發(fā)展。基于此,本文試圖引入社會(huì)工作中小組工作的相關(guān)理論和方法,對(duì)隔代教養(yǎng)家庭中的兒童存在的不良行為進(jìn)行分析,包括對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化的界定、對(duì)隔代教養(yǎng)模式下的兒童產(chǎn)生的不良行為進(jìn)行分類和對(duì)產(chǎn)生這些行為偏差進(jìn)行原因上的探討。以合肥市W社區(qū)的隔代教養(yǎng)模式下兒童為例,筆者通過(guò)觀察、調(diào)查和文獻(xiàn)檢索的方法來(lái)分析探索隔代教養(yǎng)模式下兒童行為偏差具體表現(xiàn),結(jié)合所學(xué)知識(shí)和理論,對(duì)隔代教養(yǎng)家庭中導(dǎo)致該群體出現(xiàn)的不良行為進(jìn)行分類以及對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行探索,對(duì)隔代教養(yǎng)和兒童不良行為這兩大方面的研究范圍進(jìn)行細(xì)化。筆者在實(shí)習(xí)期間通過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的觀察接觸以及多次的訪談,整理出相關(guān)的資料。再以小組工作介入隔代教養(yǎng)家庭中兒童不良行為研究的實(shí)務(wù)為例,對(duì)小組工作方案實(shí)施、評(píng)估、展示和總結(jié)。隨后分別從隔代教養(yǎng)改善程度、不良行為改善程度、組員預(yù)期目標(biāo)達(dá)成情況以及小組成員意見(jiàn)反饋表等等對(duì)小組工作介入隔代教養(yǎng)模式下兒童不良行為的成效進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明,隔代教養(yǎng)的方式在孩子的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中對(duì)其行為表現(xiàn)有著至關(guān)重要的影響,因此在本文的最后,通過(guò)一系列小組活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)小組工作介入到糾正隔代教養(yǎng)模式下兒童的行為偏差研究仍存在的問(wèn)題和不足之處,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic, political and cultural construction in China, the social living standard has been greatly improved. At the same time, all aspects of society have undergone earth-shaking changes, among which the transformation of family structure is a remarkable feature. In the general environment of the trend of aging in society, not only more and more left-behind children emerge from rural families, but also many young people are under heavy living pressure for urban families whose nuclear families occupy the dominant position. Forced by a variety of reasons not to hand over the child to good health, the mental state of relatively abundant grandparents, grandparents are also more and more. Intergenerational upbringing is becoming more and more popular, and the number of children receiving intergenerational upbringing is increasing. In the condition of intergenerational upbringing, the lack of affection and companionship of parents makes them not satisfied with the present emotional status quo, and the change of living environment makes it difficult for them to adapt to the present living condition. Some reasons, such as laissez-faire and even indulgent rearing attitude, improper rearing style and backward educational idea, have directly led to the abnormal development of the behavior habits of this group to a certain extent. Based on this, this paper attempts to introduce the relevant theories and methods of group work in social work, and analyze the bad behavior of children in the families of intergenerational upbringing, including the systematic definition of related concepts. This paper classifies the bad behaviors of children in the intergenerational upbringing mode and discusses the causes of these behavioral deviations. Taking children under the intergenerational upbringing model in the W community of Hefei as an example, the author analyzed and explored the concrete performance of children's behavior deviation in the intergenerational rearing model by means of observation, investigation and literature retrieval, combined with the knowledge and theory learned. This paper classifies the bad behavior of this group in the family of intergenerational upbringing and explores the causes of its occurrence. The research scope of the two aspects of intergenerational upbringing and children's bad behavior is refined. The author collates relevant data through long-term observation and many interviews during practice. Taking the practice of group work involved in the study of children's bad behavior in children's families as an example, the implementation, evaluation, presentation and summary of the group's work plan were carried out. Then it analyzed the effect of group work on children's bad behavior in the intergenerational rearing mode from the aspects of the improvement degree of intergenerational upbringing, the degree of improvement of bad behavior, the achievement of the expected goal of the group members and the feedback form of the group members' opinions and so on. The results show that the intergenerational rearing style has a vital influence on the behavior of children during their growth. So at the end of this paper, through a series of group activities, To find out and summarize the problems and shortcomings in the study of children's behavior deviation in the intergenerational education model, and to discuss the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
