【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)中國的家庭是社會的核心,也是人與人之間的群體性網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展起點(diǎn),維系著整個社會凝結(jié)的基本力量。孝道文化和家庭主義為老年人勾勒出了一幅美好的生活圖景。但隨著中國的逐漸現(xiàn)代化,經(jīng)濟(jì)的起飛茁壯,社會結(jié)構(gòu)的急劇改變,價值觀念的多元化,家庭傳統(tǒng)功能的式微,以及行為模式的巨大變化,傳統(tǒng)文化下的老年人家庭生活美好圖景也在發(fā)生改變。因此,現(xiàn)時的老年人家庭生活轉(zhuǎn)變成為本研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。以往的老年人家庭生活的研究主要集中在家庭代際關(guān)系的具體實(shí)踐上,本文試圖從文化變遷的背景中來探討老年人家庭生活的轉(zhuǎn)變與調(diào)適。 從中可以發(fā)現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)文化中孝道和家庭主義的規(guī)范使得老年人在各個層次上都是可以得到保障的。通過文獻(xiàn)梳理及與老年人進(jìn)行的非結(jié)構(gòu)性訪談,本文認(rèn)為文化變遷中出現(xiàn)的個人主義和年輕中心文化對老年人生活提出了挑戰(zhàn),家庭生活的物質(zhì)安排和精神實(shí)踐都在發(fā)生改變,家庭傳統(tǒng)功能式微。在這種轉(zhuǎn)變之下,老年人向家庭以外尋求調(diào)適,諸如工作和活動的參加,建構(gòu)著老年人美好生活的新圖景。 因此,本文認(rèn)為老年人美好生活的新圖景的建立從實(shí)務(wù)上還需要社會工作的助力,可以從弘揚(yáng)孝道、社區(qū)照顧和對老年人價值意義的關(guān)注三個面向來實(shí)踐�？偟膩碚f,老年人是一個豐富多彩的群體,未來需要創(chuàng)造出積極老齡化的文化背景。
[Abstract]:The traditional Chinese family is the core of the society and the starting point of the development of the group network between people, which maintains the basic strength of the whole society. Filial piety culture and family doctrine provide a beautiful picture of life for the elderly. However, with the gradual modernization of China, the booming economy, the dramatic changes in social structure, the diversification of values, the decline of traditional family functions, and the tremendous changes in behavior patterns, The beautiful picture of the family life of the elderly under the traditional culture is also changing. Therefore, the current family life of the elderly has become the starting point of this study. The previous researches on the family life of the elderly are mainly focused on the specific practice of the family intergenerational relationship. This paper attempts to explore the transformation and adjustment of the family life of the elderly from the background of cultural changes. It can be found that the norms of filial piety and family doctrine in traditional culture ensure that the elderly can be protected at all levels. Through literature review and non-structural interviews with the elderly, this paper argues that individualism and youth-centered culture in cultural change have challenged the life of the elderly, and that the material arrangement and spiritual practice of family life are changing. The traditional function of the family is declining. In this transformation, the elderly seek adaptation outside the family, such as participation in work and activities, to construct a new picture of a better life for the elderly. Therefore, this paper holds that the establishment of a new picture of a better life for the elderly needs the help of social work in practice, and can be put into practice from three aspects: carrying forward filial piety, community care and paying attention to the value significance of the elderly. In general, the elderly are a rich and colorful group, the future needs to create a positive aging cultural background.
