職業(yè)勝任力在工作要求-資源模型中的調(diào)節(jié)和中介作用

【摘要】:采用JD-R模型探討了職業(yè)勝任力在工作要求-資源模型中的作用。結(jié)果表明:(1)職業(yè)勝任力弱化了工作要求和情感衰竭之間的正向關(guān)系;(2)職業(yè)勝任力正向影響工作投入;(3)職業(yè)勝任力在工作資源與工作投入之間起中介作用。本研究啟示可通過(guò)提升員工的職業(yè)勝任力,促進(jìn)員工的工作投入并緩解職業(yè)倦怠。
[Abstract]:JD-R model was used to explore the role of occupational competence in the job requirement-resource model. The results show that: (1) occupational competence weakens the positive relationship between job requirements and emotional exhaustion; (2) occupational competence positively affects job engagement; (3) occupational competence plays an intermediary role between job resources and job engagement. The inspiration of this study is to improve the staff's professional competence, to promote their job engagement and to alleviate job burnout.
