【摘要】：當今世界競爭日趨激烈,從社會的角度來看,只有把我們的人才主力軍—大學生培養(yǎng)成全面發(fā)展的合格人才,才能提高國際競爭力,大力促進政治、經(jīng)濟、文化的發(fā)展。從個人角度來看,只有成為綜合素質(zhì)較高的復合型人才,我們大學生才能在激烈的競爭中脫穎而出,實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值,走向成功。 從我們目前的教育體制來看,不論是家庭教育還是學校教育,更多的是側(cè)重于專業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),往往忽視了非專業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。我們學術(shù)界的研究也更多的側(cè)重于專業(yè)素質(zhì)的研究,對非專業(yè)素質(zhì)的研究相對較少,地位相對于作為教育長期重點培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)素質(zhì)而言微乎其微。當然,不論我們培養(yǎng)出什么樣的人才,最終都是要進入社會,滿足社會的需求。從人力資本和市場職位匹配理論的角度來看,如果高校培養(yǎng)的人才滿足不了社會的需求,那么教育投資的價值就存在一定的問題。 本文將非專業(yè)素質(zhì)界定為：不具有專業(yè)特征但同樣是人們實現(xiàn)成功所具備的優(yōu)秀素質(zhì)體系,具體的可分為以下五方面：觀念體系、品格體系、能力體系、方法體系和非專業(yè)知識體系。通過調(diào)查問卷,對云南大學的畢業(yè)生進行調(diào)查,并調(diào)查了113家具有一定經(jīng)濟規(guī)模,技術(shù)含量較高的企業(yè)或企業(yè)集團；中等學校和科研院所；文化、衛(wèi)生等公益事業(yè)單位等用人單位,以此為案例深入了解大學畢業(yè)生非專業(yè)素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀,以及就業(yè)過程中用人單位針對大學生非專業(yè)素質(zhì)的重視程度,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析大學生非專業(yè)素質(zhì)存在的問題及原因,并提出改進對策。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition in the world is becoming more and more fierce. From the point of view of the society, only by cultivating our talents as the main force-college students can we improve the international competitiveness and promote the development of politics, economy and culture. From a personal point of view, only by becoming a complex talent with high comprehensive quality, can we college students stand out in the fierce competition, realize their own value in life and move towards success. From our current educational system, whether it is family education or school education, more emphasis is placed on the cultivation of professional quality, often neglecting the cultivation of non-professional quality. Our academic research also focuses more on the study of professional quality, the research on non-professional quality is relatively less, the status of the professional quality as a long-term focus of education is very little. Of course, no matter what kind of talents we cultivate, we will eventually enter the society to meet the needs of society. From the point of view of the matching theory of human capital and market position, if the talents cultivated in colleges and universities can not meet the needs of the society, then the value of education investment will have certain problems. In this paper, the author defines the non-professional quality as the excellent quality system that people have to achieve success without professional characteristics, and can be divided into the following five aspects: the concept system, the character system, the ability system, and the following five aspects: the concept system, the character system, the ability system. Through the questionnaire, we investigated the graduates of Yunnan University, and investigated 113 enterprises or enterprise groups with a certain economic scale and high technology content; secondary schools and research institutes; culture, Employing units such as public welfare institutions, such as health, take this as a case to deeply understand the current situation of non-professional qualities of college graduates, and the degree of emphasis that employers attach to the non-professional qualities of college students in the process of employment. On this basis, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of college students' non-professional quality, and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.
