【摘要】：輔助技術(shù)裝置與服務(wù)是輔助技術(shù)事業(yè)最基本的構(gòu)成要素;輔助技術(shù)專業(yè)人員的培養(yǎng)與研究是輔助技術(shù)事業(yè)高品質(zhì)發(fā)展的支撐和保障;重視殘疾人獨立生活與社會參與的社會意識和政策法規(guī)是輔助技術(shù)事業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性因素和社會背景。只有在殘疾人真正買得起、用得上輔助技術(shù)之后,輔助技術(shù)產(chǎn)品才能有市場,同時也只有在輔助技術(shù)能被殘疾人廣泛使用,輔助技術(shù)的各構(gòu)成要素間的相互促進(jìn)才能實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Assistive technology equipment and service is the most basic component of the auxiliary technology enterprise, and the training and research of the auxiliary technology professionals is the support and guarantee of the high quality development of the auxiliary technology undertaking. It is the key factor and social background to attach importance to the independent living and social participation of the disabled. Only when the disabled can really afford and use assistive technology, can there be a market for assistive technology products, and at the same time, only when assistive technology can be widely used by persons with disabilities, can the various components of assistive technology promote each other.
