職商的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)及其與職業(yè)成功的關系研究

【摘要】:自1998年美國學者摩西第一次提出職商的概念以來,國內(nèi)已有一些經(jīng)驗學者開始強調(diào)職商對個體職業(yè)發(fā)展的重要影響作用。但是仍然沒有人對職商進行過實證研究。 本研究運用問卷調(diào)查法兩次展開對我國各大城市在職工作者的問卷調(diào)查,兩次進行數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析處理,采用探索性因子分析法研究職商的結(jié)構(gòu)維度,并用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進行驗證性因素分析;采用相關性分析法和層級回歸法研究個體職商稟賦對其職業(yè)成功的影響作用,并用方差分析法探討人口統(tǒng)計學變量對職商的影響。得出如下結(jié)論: 一、職商是一個多維度構(gòu)念,由人力資本、職業(yè)內(nèi)省、個人適應性和公司意思四大因素構(gòu)成。 二、個體職商稟賦的高低與其職業(yè)成功的程度呈顯著正相關關系,個體的職商越高,其職業(yè)越成功,反之,職商越低,職業(yè)越不成功。 三、個體職商稟賦高低對其職業(yè)成功具有正向預測作用。 四、除了在職務級別方面存在較大差異以外,具有其他不同人口統(tǒng)計學特征的個體的職商稟賦程度并不存在顯著差別。 最后,本研究在實證分析結(jié)果的基礎上,進行了基于個體和企業(yè)兩個角度的職商開發(fā)策略研究。
[Abstract]:Since the American scholar Moses first put forward the concept of "job commerce" in 1998, some empirical scholars in China have begun to emphasize the important role of the role of occupational commerce on the individual career development. However, no one has ever conducted empirical research on the firm. This research uses the questionnaire method to carry out the questionnaire twice to the on-the-job workers in the major cities of our country, carries on the data collection and the analysis twice, uses the exploratory factor analysis method to study the structure dimension of the vocational business. The structural equation model is used to analyze the confirmatory factors, the correlation analysis method and the hierarchical regression method are used to study the influence of individual business endowment on their career success, and the variance analysis method is used to study the influence of demographic variables on the career success. The conclusions are as follows: first, the business is a multi-dimensional structure, which consists of four factors: human capital, career introspection, personal adaptability and company intention. Secondly, there is a significant positive correlation between the endowment of individual and the degree of professional success. The higher the individual is, the more successful his occupation is, whereas, the lower the professional merchant is, the less successful the occupation is. Third, the level of individual business endowment has a positive predictive effect on their career success. Fourth, there is no significant difference in the degree of business endowment among individuals with different demographic characteristics except for the great differences in job level. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper makes a study on the development strategies of VBOs from the perspective of individual and enterprise.
