【摘要】：在網(wǎng)絡交往時代,人際關系不僅僅局限于現(xiàn)實社會生活中,更延伸至網(wǎng)絡上的人際關系。大學生作為社會主義核心價值觀的踐行者,更是使用網(wǎng)絡的主要群體,其網(wǎng)絡人際關系也需要友善與和諧的環(huán)境。大學生在大學階段所受的教育主要是為了畢業(yè)之后適應社會,所以在大學階段培養(yǎng)大學生的社會適應力尤為重要�！盎ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)+”時代條件下,大學生的人際關系也拓展至網(wǎng)絡人際關系,學校亦采取“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教育”的方式創(chuàng)新大學生教育,而大學生的網(wǎng)絡人際關系對其社會適應力也是有影響的。結合高校網(wǎng)絡思想政治教育發(fā)展的實際情況,厘清網(wǎng)絡人際關系與人際關系的差異所在,重新闡釋大學生網(wǎng)絡人際關系的內涵,分析大學生網(wǎng)絡人際關系對其社會適應力的影響是有必要的。本文以大學生網(wǎng)絡人際關系為基本視角,從“網(wǎng)絡人際關系”、“社會適應力”的概念出發(fā),對大學生網(wǎng)絡人際關系及社會適應力的特點、構成要素做了初步的分析、闡述,分析了大學生社會適應力的三大構成要素,對周圍社會生活環(huán)境的適應、對自身社會角色的適應、對社會活動的適應。隨即概括了大學生網(wǎng)絡人際關系促進其社會適應力的三大表現(xiàn),便于大學生進行角色轉換、敦促大學生迅速適應社會環(huán)境、提升大學生社會參與能力。通過分析大學生網(wǎng)絡人際關系與其社會適應力的關系,分析大學生網(wǎng)絡人際關系的現(xiàn)狀,剖析其對大學生社會適應力的影響,通過問卷調查論證了大學生網(wǎng)絡人際關系對其社會適應力的影響。為強化大學生網(wǎng)絡人際關系的積極影響提升其社會適應力提出有效路徑,并分析了規(guī)避其消極影響的途徑。
[Abstract]:In the era of network communication, interpersonal relationship is not only confined to real social life, but also extends to the interpersonal relationship on the network. College students, as the practitioners of the socialist core values, are the main groups using the network, and their network interpersonal relationships also need a friendly and harmonious environment. College students' education in the university stage is mainly to adapt to the society after graduation, so it is particularly important to cultivate the social adaptability of college students in the university stage. Under the condition of the "Internet" era, the interpersonal relationship of college students also extends to the network interpersonal relations, and the schools also adopt the way of "Internet education" to innovate the college students' education. The network interpersonal relationship of college students also has an impact on their social adaptability. Combined with the actual situation of the development of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper clarifies the difference between network interpersonal relationship and interpersonal relationship, and reinterprets the connotation of college students' network interpersonal relationship. It is necessary to analyze the influence of college students' network interpersonal relationship on their social adaptability. Based on the concept of "network interpersonal relationship" and "social adaptability", this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the characteristics and elements of college students' network interpersonal relationship and social adaptability from the perspective of college students' network interpersonal relationship. This paper analyzes the three components of college students' social adaptability, the adaptation to the surrounding social living environment, the adaptation to their own social roles, and the adaptation to social activities. Then it summarizes the three manifestations of college students' network interpersonal relationship to promote their social adaptability, which is convenient for college students to change their roles, urge them to adapt to the social environment quickly, and promote their ability to participate in society. By analyzing the relationship between college students' network interpersonal relationship and their social adaptability, the present situation of college students' network interpersonal relationship is analyzed, and its influence on college students' social adaptability is analyzed. The influence of network interpersonal relationship on social adaptability of college students is demonstrated by questionnaire survey. In order to strengthen the positive influence of college students' network interpersonal relationship and enhance their social adaptability, this paper puts forward an effective path, and analyzes the ways to avoid the negative influence.
