【摘要】：城市居住空間是城市社會生態(tài)、政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)過程的復(fù)合空間表達(dá),存在著三種典型的理論分析。芝加哥學(xué)派從需求導(dǎo)向入手,從人類的生物聚集行為和消費(fèi)者個體理性出發(fā),探討了城市居住空間的形成和變化,發(fā)展出城市生態(tài)社會學(xué)和城市經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。制度分析學(xué)派借鑒了韋伯的社會分層理論,從利益群體的權(quán)力斗爭和官僚化政策體系入手考察了城市居住空間分配的政治過程,形成了區(qū)位沖突理論和管理主義理論。列斐伏爾、卡斯特和哈維分別從空間生產(chǎn)、集體消費(fèi)和資本循環(huán)的時空修復(fù)等不同角度,突出了空間的社會屬性和生產(chǎn)方式結(jié)構(gòu)因素的決定作用,發(fā)展了馬克思主義城市居住空間理論。
[Abstract]:Urban living space is a complex spatial expression of social ecology, politics and economic process, and there are three typical theoretical analyses. Starting from the demand orientation, the Chicago School discusses the formation and change of urban living space and develops urban ecological sociology and urban economics from the perspective of human biological aggregation behavior and consumer individual rationality. The institutional analysis school draws lessons from Weber's theory of social stratification and examines the political process of urban residential space allocation from the power struggle of interest groups and bureaucratic policy system and forms the theory of location conflict and managementism. Lefeivoll, Castor and Harvey, from different angles of space production, collective consumption and time and space repair of capital cycle, respectively, highlight the decisive role of the social attributes of space and the structural factors of production mode. Developed the Marxist theory of urban residential space.
