【摘要】：在經(jīng)驗(yàn)調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,從寧北平原P縣Z村農(nóng)民進(jìn)城的具體實(shí)踐入手,即以農(nóng)時(shí)安排為基礎(chǔ)在返鄉(xiāng)生產(chǎn)與進(jìn)城打工之間多次候鳥式往返,稱之為"兩棲式城鎮(zhèn)化",分析其社會支持體系及其實(shí)踐限度。當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民進(jìn)城中的兩棲式城鎮(zhèn)化,以"4050"人員為主體,在便利而強(qiáng)大的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系和縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)空前發(fā)展情況下,退返鄉(xiāng)村可實(shí)現(xiàn)輕松種田、高效生產(chǎn)且收入可觀,進(jìn)可入城務(wù)工,但囿于縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)獨(dú)特的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特征,消費(fèi)有余而生產(chǎn)不足,形塑出當(dāng)?shù)爻青l(xiāng)共生、工農(nóng)相濟(jì)、代際相扶的兩棲式城鎮(zhèn)化模式。
[Abstract]:On the basis of empirical investigation, starting with the concrete practice of farmers in Z Village in P County of Ningbei Plain, that is, on the basis of agricultural time arrangement, there are many migratory birds coming and going back and forth between returning home production and working in the city. Call it "amphibious urbanization", analyze its social support system and its practice limit. The amphibious urbanization of local farmers entering cities, with "4050" personnel as the main body, and under the circumstances of convenient and powerful agricultural production system and unprecedented development of the county economy, returning to their villages can achieve easy farming, efficient production and considerable income. But limited by the unique industrial structure characteristics of the county economy, the local urban and rural symbiosis, the labor and agriculture, and the intergenerational support of amphibious urbanization are shaped by the surplus consumption and insufficient production.
