【摘要】：人的能力是多樣的,社會(huì)生活有多少個(gè)領(lǐng)域和多少個(gè)層面,就會(huì)要求人擁有多少種能力。但是,在農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)中,對(duì)人的能力要求主要反映在應(yīng)對(duì)自然的挑戰(zhàn)和在既有的自然資源條件下獲得生存資料方面,人的其他能力都從屬于這種能力的獲得,對(duì)這種能力的提升和應(yīng)用提供輔助性的支持。工業(yè)社會(huì)對(duì)人的能力要求主要反映在協(xié)作能力上,無論是人的復(fù)制能力、模仿能力還是創(chuàng)新能力,都從屬于協(xié)作活動(dòng)的要求,是在協(xié)作的框架下展現(xiàn)出來的和對(duì)協(xié)作產(chǎn)生促進(jìn)作用的能力。在后工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中,社會(huì)的高度復(fù)雜性和高度不確定性對(duì)人的合作能力提出了迫切要求,人需要在合作中去實(shí)現(xiàn)人的共生共在,而人的合作能力則對(duì)合作的優(yōu)化有著直接的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:People's abilities are diverse, as many fields and levels of social life as people are required to possess. In agricultural societies, however, the demands on human capacity are reflected primarily in addressing the challenges of nature and in obtaining survival information in the conditions of existing natural resources, to which other human capabilities are subordinate, Provide complementary support for the enhancement and application of this capability. The requirement of human ability in industrial society is mainly reflected in the ability of cooperation. Whether it is human's ability to replicate, imitate or innovate, it is subordinate to the requirement of cooperative activity. It is the ability to demonstrate and promote collaboration within the framework of collaboration. In the process of post-industrialization, the high complexity and uncertainty of the society put forward an urgent demand for the ability of human cooperation, and people need to realize the co-existence of human beings in the process of cooperation. And the human cooperation ability has the direct promotion function to the cooperation optimization.
