【摘要】：正只有深入群眾、深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng),調(diào)查研究才能看到實(shí)情、聽到真話,才能寫出帶有泥土氣息的調(diào)查研究報(bào)告。深入群眾、親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng),是永不過(guò)時(shí)的調(diào)研方法。對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部而言,不到現(xiàn)場(chǎng),就沒有決策權(quán)。但在當(dāng)前存在兩種傾向:一種是工作年限較久、有職業(yè)倦怠感的老同志,怕深入基層,滿足于坐在辦公室打打電話、發(fā)發(fā)通知,隔空調(diào)研。另一種是部分"80后"尤其是吸吮"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)母乳"長(zhǎng)大、號(hào)稱"網(wǎng)絡(luò)原住民"的"90后"新同志,這些人不會(huì)深入基層,習(xí)慣于用電腦和手機(jī)進(jìn)行"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+調(diào)研"。
[Abstract]:Only by going deep into the masses and at the scene can we see the truth, hear the truth, and write an investigation report with a smell of dirt. Going deep into the masses and visiting the scene in person is a research method that never goes out of date. For leading cadres, without the scene, there is no decision-making power. But at present, there are two tendencies: one is old comrades who have long working years and have a sense of job burnout, who are afraid to go deep into the grass roots, content to sit in the office and make phone calls, send notices, and conduct spaceflight research. Another is that some "post-80s", especially "Internet breast-sucking," growing up, known as "Internet aborigines" after the "90s" new comrades, these people do not go to the grassroots, accustomed to computers and mobile phones to "Internet research."
