【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來,家庭主婦作為女性群體中分層的一個特有現(xiàn)象,逐漸走入人們的視野,越來越受到大家的關(guān)注。由于現(xiàn)代青年女性普遍所受教育程度較高,受男女平等思想影響,在現(xiàn)實生活中,女性的社會地位普遍較高。但有部分全職青年全職家庭主婦因為社會交往圈小、經(jīng)濟來源缺乏而導(dǎo)致角色失調(diào)、自我評價過低、女性利益被忽視和犧牲等方面的問題。根據(jù)對研究對象的特征以及研究理論基礎(chǔ)的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),青年全職家庭主婦的角色適應(yīng)問題主要體現(xiàn)在角色認(rèn)知不清晰、角色學(xué)習(xí)不明確、角色期待不合理等方面。結(jié)合對前期文獻資料的研究,從角色理論、家庭溝通理論和社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論著手,對青年全職家庭主婦進行研究,并通過問卷調(diào)查、個案訪談和網(wǎng)上招募等方式確定小組工作的對象。通過開展小組工作實務(wù),深入觀察與研究當(dāng)前青年全職家庭主婦在角色適應(yīng)方面的存在的具體問題和狀況,通過幾期小組活動的開展幫助她們正確認(rèn)識自己的角色,處理心理困境,擴大社會交往,恢復(fù)自信,促進自身與社會的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展�；顒娱_展后通過相關(guān)評估總結(jié),從增加社會信息服務(wù)、營造良好的家庭教育、完善社會支持系統(tǒng)、形成專業(yè)的女性社會工作模式、以及完善女性社會工作的職能設(shè)置和服務(wù)內(nèi)容等5個方面提供相關(guān)的意見與建議,為今后女性社會工作的開展在實務(wù)與理論方面提供相關(guān)的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, housewives, as a special phenomenon of stratification in the female group, have gradually entered the people's field of vision and been paid more and more attention to. Due to the higher education level and the influence of the thought of equality between men and women, the social status of modern young women is generally higher. However, some full-time young full-time housewives have some problems, such as small social contacts, lack of financial resources, low self-evaluation, neglect and sacrifice of women's interests, and so on. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the subjects and the theoretical basis of the study, it is found that the role adaptation of young full-time housewives is mainly reflected in unclear role cognition, unclear role learning, unreasonable role expectation and so on. Based on the previous literature, the role theory, family communication theory and social support network theory are used to study the young full-time housewives, and a questionnaire survey is carried out. Case interviews and online recruitment, etc., to identify the target of the team work. Through carrying out the practice of group work, deeply observing and studying the specific problems and conditions existing in the role adaptation of young full-time housewives at present, and helping them to understand their roles correctly through the development of several group activities. Deal with psychological predicament, expand social communication, restore self-confidence and promote the harmonious development of self-society. After the activity is carried out, through the relevant evaluation summary, from increasing the social information service, constructing the good family education, perfecting the social support system, forming the professional female social work model, And to improve the function of women social work and the content of services to provide relevant advice and suggestions for the future development of women social work in the practical and theoretical aspects of the relevant basis.
