【摘要】：人的發(fā)展問(wèn)題是一個(gè)古老而又時(shí)刻被人們所關(guān)注和研究的理論課題，近幾十年來(lái)，這個(gè)問(wèn)題的研究一直是一個(gè)熱門話題。人的發(fā)展與動(dòng)物的發(fā)展不同，從人之生成、人之存在方面體現(xiàn)出的發(fā)展性就能看出，人沒(méi)有停留在已經(jīng)形成的狀態(tài)之上，而是不斷發(fā)展的。 馬克思人的發(fā)展理論闡述了人的發(fā)展內(nèi)涵，人的發(fā)展是人的本質(zhì)的發(fā)展。人的發(fā)展是一個(gè)歷史過(guò)程，在這個(gè)過(guò)程中，人的發(fā)展與社會(huì)發(fā)展顯然是分不開的，兩者是辯證統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系。馬克思的“社會(huì)三形態(tài)”理論揭示了不同歷史階段人的發(fā)展會(huì)呈現(xiàn)不同的特征，為接下來(lái)研究和諧社會(huì)下人的發(fā)展的特殊性提供了研究方向。 和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)使人的發(fā)展取得進(jìn)步的同時(shí)，也產(chǎn)生了許多矛盾和問(wèn)題，，不利于實(shí)現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展，要想解決這些問(wèn)題，必然要從馬克思人的發(fā)展理論出發(fā)，分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)人的發(fā)展現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況，從人的發(fā)展的四個(gè)方面研究了和諧社會(huì)人的發(fā)展的特殊性，為尋找和諧社會(huì)人的發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑提供了理論依據(jù)。 和諧社會(huì)人的發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑，主要包括以下方面：一、制度建設(shè)為人的發(fā)展提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)保障。制度建設(shè)就是要保障公民的基本權(quán)利，完善政府的體制改革，還需合理選擇和安排一些其他制度。二、教育是人的全面發(fā)展的根本途徑。教育是培養(yǎng)人的一種重要手段，教育水平的高低對(duì)人的發(fā)展水平有巨大影響。三、精神生活的發(fā)展是人的發(fā)展的主要方向。物質(zhì)資源的有限性使人轉(zhuǎn)向了更高層次的精神生活追求，精神生活的建設(shè)應(yīng)體現(xiàn)和諧社會(huì)發(fā)展的優(yōu)越性和特色。
[Abstract]:The problem of human development is a theoretical subject which has been concerned and studied by people all the time. In recent decades, the research on this issue has been a hot topic. The development of human beings is different from that of animals. From the development of human beings and the existence of human beings, we can see that human beings do not stay in the state of formation, but develop constantly. Marx's theory of human development expounds the connotation of human development, human development is the development of human nature. Human development is a historical process in which human development and social development are inextricably linked, and the two are dialectical and unified. Marx's "three forms of Society" theory reveals different characteristics of human development in different historical stages, which provides a research direction for the study of the particularity of human development in a harmonious society. The construction of a harmonious society has made progress in the development of human beings, but at the same time, many contradictions and problems have arisen, which are not conducive to the overall development of human beings. In order to solve these problems, we must proceed from Marx's theory of human development. This paper analyzes the current situation of human development in China, studies the particularity of human development in harmonious society from four aspects of human development, and provides a theoretical basis for finding the realistic path of human development in harmonious society. The realistic path of human development in a harmonious society mainly includes the following aspects: first, system construction provides a realistic guarantee for human development. System construction is to protect the basic rights of citizens, perfect the system reform of the government, and choose and arrange some other systems reasonably. Second, education is the fundamental approach to the overall development of human beings. Education is an important means of training people, the level of education has a great impact on the level of human development. Third, the development of spiritual life is the main direction of human development. The limitation of material resources makes people turn to the pursuit of higher level spiritual life, and the construction of spiritual life should embody the superiority and characteristics of harmonious society development.
