【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),隨著社會(huì)工作專業(yè)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),社會(huì)工作職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證制度得以建立,證照化趨勢(shì)開(kāi)始形成,但是對(duì)專業(yè)社會(huì)工作的反思也日益增多。文章通過(guò)對(duì)G省社會(huì)工作認(rèn)證制度改革的調(diào)查,指出專業(yè)社會(huì)工作所形成的專業(yè)主義話語(yǔ)霸權(quán),使得很多實(shí)際從事社會(huì)工作的基層工作者難以獲得相應(yīng)資格,他們的工作迅速被邊緣化。通過(guò)分析“專業(yè)主義”話語(yǔ)霸權(quán)的來(lái)源,作者亦指出今后證照化的發(fā)展,應(yīng)該設(shè)置社會(huì)工作員,發(fā)展多樣化的認(rèn)證制度,并給以相應(yīng)的政策配套支持。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the advancement of the process of professional social work, the system of professional qualification certification for social work has been established, and the trend of certification has begun to form, but the reflection on professional social work is increasing. Through the investigation of the reform of the social work certification system in G Province, the paper points out the professionalism formed by professional social work. The hegemony of discourse makes it difficult for many grass-roots workers who are actually engaged in social work to qualify, and their work is rapidly marginalized. By analyzing the source of hegemony of "professionalism", the author also points out that the development of future evidence should be set up, the social workers should be set up, the diversified certification system should be developed, and the corresponding administration should be given.
