中國女性經(jīng)理人Women-only管理培訓體系的構(gòu)建探析

【摘要】:隨著女性經(jīng)理人在我國管理人員隊伍中的比重的不斷擴大,以及中國現(xiàn)有管理培訓存在的問題及女性經(jīng)理人在自然性別差異、社會角色認知、管理體驗、學習和認知風格等方面與男性經(jīng)理人的差異的存在,使得有必要研究專門針對中國女性經(jīng)理人的管理培訓(即Women-only培訓)。本文著力于提高中國女性經(jīng)理人角色自信、知識自信,采用了賦權(quán)、經(jīng)驗分享、參與式學習、批判性思考和開放思想、重視女性的社會理解力和行動積極性的設(shè)計理念設(shè)計了Women-only培訓的知識、技能、理念、情感四類漸進式的培訓內(nèi)容,解釋了上述理念在培訓方式、培訓者和培訓硬件環(huán)境設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用,建立了更適合中國女性經(jīng)理人的培訓體系,補充了傳統(tǒng)管理培訓中的不足。
[Abstract]:With the increasing proportion of female managers in the management team in China, and the existing problems in management training in China, as well as female managers in the natural gender differences, social role recognition, management experience, The differences between learning and cognitive style and male managers make it necessary to study the management training (Women-only training) for Chinese female managers. This paper focuses on improving the Chinese female managers' role confidence, knowledge confidence, the adoption of empowerment, experience-sharing, participatory learning, critical thinking and open thinking, The design idea of attaching importance to women's social understanding and initiative has designed four kinds of progressive training contents of knowledge, skill, idea and emotion of woman only training, and explained the above ideas in the training mode. The application of trainers and training hardware environment designs the training system which is more suitable for Chinese female managers, and complements the shortcomings of traditional management training.
