【摘要】：“社會化媒體”(Social Media)是“依托數(shù)字技術(shù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、移動通信技術(shù)等新技術(shù)，旨在為用戶提供有效互動的傳播媒介”。微博是基于關(guān)系的社會化媒體和基于內(nèi)容分享的社會化媒體兩種分類之間的“基于用戶關(guān)系的信息分享、傳播以及獲取平臺”。微博用戶行為的特殊性使得其成為公益活動的發(fā)展的一個平臺。 本文在公民社會理論及場域理論的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用質(zhì)性研究和多址民族志的研究方法，對社會化媒體公益活動的實例進(jìn)行分析，并總結(jié)其成敗原因，為社會化媒體公益活動提供了分析方法。社會工作專業(yè)的使命是回應(yīng)社會需要。在信息化社會中，要快速回應(yīng)社會需要，社會工作者需要掌握社會化媒體以應(yīng)對社會問題和滿足社會的需要，而如何運(yùn)用社會化媒體發(fā)起和組織公益活動則是社會工作專業(yè)面對的新議題，研究所發(fā)現(xiàn)的社會化媒體場域中社會工作助人活動的有效路徑，對社會工作專業(yè)運(yùn)用社會傳播的新手段快速回應(yīng)社會需要，對社會危機(jī)事件進(jìn)行快速介入提供了新途徑。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)對拓展社會工作的服務(wù)手段和服務(wù)方法具有啟示意義。 本文提出了社會化媒體場域的概念和助人活動場域的四元分類，從網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會的分析角度應(yīng)用場域理論，豐富了該理論的研究視角。同時，運(yùn)用公民社會理論對作為一種社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的社會化媒體進(jìn)行分析，解釋社會化媒體公益活動產(chǎn)生的原因，回應(yīng)了我國公民社會建設(shè)發(fā)展的理論需求，也在一定程度上補(bǔ)充了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶行為的理論研究。本文提出“社會化媒體場域”的概念，，有助于未來對社會化媒體公益活動的研究。
[Abstract]:"Social media" (Social Media) is "based on digital technology, Internet technology, mobile communications technology, and other new technologies to provide effective interactive media for users." micro-blog is a "relationship based information sharing" between two categories of social media based on relations and social media based on content sharing, Communication and acquisition platform. The particularity of micro-blog's user behavior makes it a platform for the development of public welfare activities.
On the basis of civil society theory and field theory, this paper analyzes the examples of social media public welfare activities by using qualitative research and multi address ethnography, and summarizes the reasons for its success and failure, and provides an analytical method for social media public welfare activities. The mission of social work is to respond to social needs. In society, in order to respond quickly to social needs, social workers need to master social media to cope with social problems and meet the needs of society. And how to use social media to initiate and organize public welfare activities is a new topic for social work. The effect path is a new way to quickly respond to the social needs of social work and the rapid intervention of social crisis events.
This paper puts forward the concept of the social media field and the four element classification of the field of the helping activity field. The field domain theory is applied from the perspective of the analysis of the network society, which enriches the perspective of the theory. At the same time, it analyzes the social media as a social network by using the theory of civil society to explain the origin of the social media public welfare activities. In response to the theoretical needs of the construction and development of civil society in China, the theoretical research on the behavior of Internet users is supplemented to a certain extent. The concept of "social media field" is proposed in this paper, which is helpful to the research of social media public welfare activities in the future.
