雙面國家:“國家知識(shí)”的人類學(xué)闡釋——基于與西方國家中心主義范式的比較研究

【摘要】:在歷經(jīng)20世紀(jì)70年代"找回國家"的范式轉(zhuǎn)換后,西方政治學(xué)重新將"國家"置于研究的中心位置。但是,這種以韋伯式定義為基礎(chǔ)的國家中心主義在描述現(xiàn)實(shí)國家時(shí)卻陷入了一種難以"自圓其說"的悖論之中,"強(qiáng)國家"的理論預(yù)設(shè)并不能解釋全球化時(shí)代復(fù)雜多樣的國家形態(tài)。人類學(xué)視野中的國家是一種"雙面國家":它由統(tǒng)一性的國家觀念與碎片化的國家實(shí)踐組成并為二者的互動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)所塑造。人類學(xué)將"文化"和"普通人"帶回國家研究,在跨文化比較的框架內(nèi)理解國家觀念與國家實(shí)踐的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,由此為國家中心主義的"國家悖論"提供一種文化意義上的解釋。與西方政治學(xué)的國家中心主義范式相比,人類學(xué)的"國家知識(shí)"強(qiáng)調(diào)國家的動(dòng)態(tài)性、矛盾性與文化相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:After the paradigm shift of "finding the country" in the 1970s, the western political science put the "state" at the center of the research. However, This kind of state centrism based on Weber's definition is trapped in a paradox which is difficult to explain when describing the real state. The theoretical presupposition of "strong state" cannot explain the complicated and diverse national forms in the era of globalization. In the view of anthropology, the state is a kind of "two-sided state": it consists of a unified concept of the state and a fragmented state practice, and is shaped by the interactive structure of the two. Anthropology brings "culture" and "ordinary people" back to national research, and understands the interaction between state concept and state practice within the framework of cross-cultural comparison, thus providing a cultural explanation for the "state paradox" of state-centrism. Compared with the paradigm of state centrism in western politics, anthropological "state knowledge" emphasizes the dynamic nature of the country, contradiction and cultural relevance.
