【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)面臨著現(xiàn)代化、工業(yè)化以及城市化等內(nèi)在因素的沖擊,文化在社會(huì)互動(dòng)中日益多元化。作為一個(gè)歷史悠久、幅員遼闊的多民族國(guó)家,中國(guó)各具特色的地域文化、民族文化、養(yǎng)老文化、教育文化等構(gòu)成社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)的社會(huì)文化背景,多元文化被視為實(shí)務(wù)工作中不可或缺的一部分,21世紀(jì)社會(huì)工作服務(wù)中,文化能力成為社會(huì)工作專業(yè)的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。社會(huì)工作者在提供服務(wù)時(shí)必須要考慮到自身和服務(wù)對(duì)象在價(jià)值和文化上的差異,以便有效地提供專業(yè)服務(wù),社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)工作者具備多元文化能力成為專業(yè)服務(wù)的必然。本研究通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)卷的形式,共收集了212位社會(huì)工作者的反饋問(wèn)卷,本研究文化能力的問(wèn)卷設(shè)計(jì)參照(Lum,2010,p.34)社會(huì)工作文化能力自我評(píng)估工具,采用40項(xiàng)李克特式量表測(cè)量社會(huì)工作者文化能力水平,涵蓋文化覺察、知識(shí)獲取、技能發(fā)展三個(gè)維度和基礎(chǔ)、進(jìn)階兩個(gè)層次,來(lái)測(cè)得社會(huì)工作者的文化能力水平。本研究旨在了解上海社會(huì)工作者文化能力概況,以及根據(jù)社會(huì)工作者的背景變量來(lái)分析他們與文化覺察、知識(shí)獲取、技能發(fā)展和整體文化能力的關(guān)系,以及影響社會(huì)工作者文化能力的主要因素。研究表明,是否接受過(guò)社會(huì)工作學(xué)歷教育、是否具有社會(huì)工作者資格證書、是否上過(guò)社會(huì)工作倫理相關(guān)課程這三個(gè)因素都顯著影響了上海社會(huì)工作者的文化能力。接受過(guò)社會(huì)工作學(xué)歷教育越高、所獲得的社會(huì)工作者資格證書級(jí)別越高、上過(guò)社會(huì)工作倫理相關(guān)課程的社會(huì)工作者的文化能力水平越高。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, society is facing the impact of modernization, industrialization and urbanization, and culture is becoming more and more diverse in social interaction. As a multi-national country with a long history and vast territory, Chinese regional culture, ethnic culture, old-age culture, educational culture and so on constitute the social and cultural background of social work practice. Multiculturalism is regarded as an indispensable part of practical work. In the service of social work in the 21st century, cultural ability has become an important indicator of social work specialty. Social workers must take into account the differences in value and culture between themselves and their clients in order to provide professional services effectively. It is necessary for social workers to have multicultural ability to provide professional services. In this study, 212 social workers' feedback questionnaires were collected in the form of online questionnaires. The level of social worker's cultural ability was measured with 40 items of Richter scale, including three dimensions and foundation of cultural awareness, knowledge acquisition and skill development, and two levels of advanced level, so as to measure the level of social worker's cultural ability. The purpose of this study is to understand the cultural ability of social workers in Shanghai, and to analyze their relationship with cultural awareness, knowledge acquisition, skill development and overall cultural competence according to the background variables of social workers. And the main factors that affect the cultural ability of social workers. The study shows that the three factors which influence the cultural ability of social workers in Shanghai are whether they have received social work education, whether they have the qualification certificate of social workers and whether they have taken courses related to the ethics of social work. The higher the degree of social work education, the higher the level of social worker qualification certificate, and the higher the level of cultural ability of social worker who has taken social work ethics related courses.
