【摘要】：正習近平總書記在2016年5月17日召開的哲學和社會科學工作座談會上指出:"這是一個需要理論而且一定能夠產生理論的時代,這是一個需要思想而且一定能夠產生思想的時代。"(習近平《在哲學社會科學工作座談會上的講話》,見《光明日報》5月19日第6版)在這樣一個全面深化改革、全面推進依法治國的大變革時代,中國法學家應當緊緊把握千載難逢的機遇,義不容辭地擔當起時代重任,立時代之潮頭,通古今之變化,發(fā)思想之先聲,不遺余力
[Abstract]:Speaking at a symposium on philosophy and social science held on May 17, 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "this is an era in which theories are needed and can be produced. This is an era in which thought is needed and must be produced." (Xi Jinping "speech at the Symposium on the work of philosophy and Social Sciences", see "Guangming Daily", May 19, 6th Edition) in such an era of comprehensive deepening reform and comprehensively promoting the rule of law, Chinese jurists should firmly grasp the opportunity of the once-in-a-lifetime, take on the important task of the times, set the tide of the times, understand the changes of the past and the present, and spare no effort in launching the sound of thought.
