【摘要】：國內外核心素養(yǎng)研究與實踐本質上是一場適應時代要求的以發(fā)現人、發(fā)展人、成全人為基本內容的教育革命,但歐美國家更強調"自我價值期待",我國更重視"社會價值實現"。核心素養(yǎng)研究與實踐要以時代發(fā)展為背景,以人性回歸為核心,堅持提升"人"的科學素養(yǎng)、人文素養(yǎng)、技能素養(yǎng)等價值維度,以促進"人"的終身發(fā)展為根本任務。由于核心素養(yǎng)的運行應度遵循"系統中的人"原理,因而核心素養(yǎng)的培育不僅僅是教育之事、學校之事,也是家庭之事、社會之事,更是個人之事。
[Abstract]:In essence, the research and practice of core literacy at home and abroad is an educational revolution which meets the requirements of the times, with discovering, developing and accomplishing people as the basic content. However, European and American countries emphasize "self-value expectation", and our country pays more attention to "social value realization". The research and practice of core literacy should take the development of the times as the background, the return of human nature as the core, insist on promoting the value dimensions of "human" scientific literacy, humanistic accomplishment and skill accomplishment, and take promoting the lifelong development of "human" as the fundamental task. Since the operation of core literacy should follow the principle of "people in the system", the cultivation of core literacy is not only a matter of education, but also a matter of school, a matter of family, a matter of society, and a matter of individuals.
