【摘要】：自古以來(lái)家庭在解決養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題中發(fā)揮著重要作用,在傳統(tǒng)固化分工模式下女性在我國(guó)家庭養(yǎng)老中做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。研究養(yǎng)老中的女性照顧者在農(nóng)村家庭養(yǎng)老變遷中的作用對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)老有所養(yǎng)的基本社會(huì)保障目標(biāo),維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定與和諧具有重大的實(shí)踐意義。 本研究以馬克思主義婦女觀和社會(huì)性別為理論依據(jù),通過(guò)參與觀察法和訪(fǎng)談法,深入內(nèi)蒙古東部農(nóng)村,歷時(shí)性考察了新中國(guó)成立后土地私有制時(shí)期、集體化時(shí)期以及市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期,不同階段家庭養(yǎng)老方式的變遷及影響因素。本研究將個(gè)體的發(fā)展置于社會(huì)時(shí)代中,以代際贍養(yǎng)中的女性照顧者為研究對(duì)象,解讀不同時(shí)期政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化所建構(gòu)的力量對(duì)傳統(tǒng)父權(quán)制文化背景下兒媳照顧分工固化模式的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)農(nóng)村至今還在延續(xù)由兒媳承擔(dān)老年人照顧的責(zé)任；女性照顧意識(shí)從義不容辭向獨(dú)立覺(jué)醒轉(zhuǎn)變；同時(shí)呈現(xiàn)出兒媳照顧式微及女兒贍養(yǎng)參與的趨勢(shì)。 面向未來(lái),需要突破以家庭為單位、以女性為照顧主體的傳統(tǒng)模式；需要消除性別分工規(guī)范與個(gè)體行為之間的矛盾；需要多主體的參與,發(fā)掘更多的社會(huì)養(yǎng)老資源。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, the family has played an important role in solving the old-age problem. Under the traditional mode of labor division, women have made great contributions to the family pension in our country. The role of the female caregivers in the rural family pension changes is to realize the basic social security goal and maintain social stability and harmony. It is of great practical significance.
Based on the theory of Marx's view on women and social gender, this study goes deep into the rural areas of Eastern Inner Mongolia by taking part in the observation and interview methods. The study examines the changes and influencing factors of the family pension mode at different stages of the period of land private ownership, the period of collectivization and the market economy, and the influencing factors. This study will be a study. The development of the body is placed in the social age, taking the female caregivers in the intergenerational support as the research object, to interpret the influence of the political, economic and cultural forces in different periods on the curing mode of the daughter-in-law under the traditional patriarchy culture. Female care consciousness changed from duty bound to independent awakening; at the same time, it showed the trend of daughter-in-law's care and daughter's support.
Facing the future, it is necessary to break through the traditional mode of taking the family as the unit and taking the female as the main body. It is necessary to eliminate the contradiction between the norms of gender division and the individual behavior, and the participation of many subjects to explore more social endowment resources.
