【摘要】：在全球化的發(fā)展趨勢下,不同文化背景的人進行有效交際的前提是,不僅要學會外語,還要理解對方的文化,體驗文化差異,并且具備一定語言能力和跨文化交際能力。不同文化背景的人會有不同的世界觀和價值觀,所以在交往之間難免會遇到矛盾和沖突。為了避免矛盾和沖突,必須先研究不同的文化及其內(nèi)涵,從而提出解決問題的方法。由于全球化的不斷發(fā)展,在其他國家更多的商業(yè)機會和利潤等著被開發(fā)。這不只意味著國際商務(wù)活動會越來越多,不同文化背景的人之間的經(jīng)濟合作越來越頻繁,而且也會有更多來自其他國家的競爭對手參與商務(wù)競爭。因此,對文化差異的熟悉了解和高度接受能幫你在商務(wù)合作中更占優(yōu)勢,也有助于高效地交流和更多的成功。國際談判的另一個成功途徑,面對跨文化交際中的新環(huán)境和挑戰(zhàn)時,每國際公司都應(yīng)該考慮到禮儀因素。商務(wù)禮儀是人們在商務(wù)交往中應(yīng)該遵循的、表達對對方的尊重的行為準則。在跨文化交往之中,來自不同文化背景的人會遵循不同的商務(wù)禮儀。這些差異有時會產(chǎn)生問題,甚至產(chǎn)生誤解和沖突。為了進行有效的交際,有必要理解和克服商務(wù)禮儀中存在的差異。本文從跨文化視角,以對比分析的方法,指出了中泰商務(wù)禮儀的相同和不同之處,并通過中泰商務(wù)禮儀差異指出所導致的問題。然后從跨文化交際中找出影響中泰商務(wù)禮儀的因素。在國際商務(wù)中,一個國家的商務(wù)禮儀有時會變成另一個國家的不當行為。因為商務(wù)禮儀差異導致的問題,作者最后指出了如何避免商務(wù)來往中的誤解。
[Abstract]:In the trend of globalization, the premise of effective communication among people from different cultural backgrounds is not only to learn a foreign language, but also to understand each other's culture, to experience cultural differences, and to have certain language competence and intercultural communicative competence. People from different cultural backgrounds will have different world views and values, so they will inevitably encounter contradictions and conflicts. In order to avoid contradictions and conflicts, we must first study different cultures and their connotations, and then put forward solutions to the problems. As globalization continues to develop, more business opportunities and profits are being exploited in other countries. Not only does this mean more and more international business activity, economic cooperation between people from different cultures is becoming more frequent, but more competitors from other countries will also participate in business competition. Therefore, a better understanding of cultural differences and a high degree of acceptance can help you gain an advantage in business cooperation, and also contribute to efficient communication and greater success. Another successful approach to international negotiation is that every international company should take etiquette into account in the face of new circumstances and challenges in cross-cultural communication. Business etiquette is a code of conduct that people should follow in business contacts to express respect for each other. In cross-cultural communication, people from different cultural backgrounds follow different business etiquette. These differences sometimes cause problems, even misunderstandings and conflicts. In order to communicate effectively, it is necessary to understand and overcome the differences in business etiquette. From the perspective of cross-culture, this paper points out the similarities and differences between Chinese and Thai business etiquette by means of comparative analysis, and points out the problems caused by the differences in business etiquette between China and Thailand. Then we find out the factors that affect the business etiquette in cross-cultural communication. In international business, business etiquette in one country can sometimes become misconduct in another country. Finally, the author points out how to avoid misunderstandings in business dealings because of problems caused by differences in business etiquette.
