【摘要】：近年來,社會調(diào)查方法在我國科技政策研究中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,但對該方法應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總結(jié)和評價的研究尚付闕如。本研究對進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來國內(nèi)相關(guān)期刊上公開發(fā)表的279篇使用社會調(diào)查方法的科技政策研究論文進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)回顧,發(fā)現(xiàn)社會調(diào)查方法在科技政策研究中得到日益廣泛的應(yīng)用,研究目的和統(tǒng)計方法的層次都有明顯的提高,抽樣方法、測量方法和資料收集方法的使用和呈現(xiàn)規(guī)范性水平也在不斷提升。但仍存在對抽樣代表性重視不足、調(diào)查方法呈現(xiàn)的規(guī)范性有待提高,以及對基本方法和概念理解不夠準(zhǔn)確等問題。文章最后還對未來如何提高調(diào)查研究方法水平提出了建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the method of social investigation has been widely used in the research of science and technology policy in our country, but the research on the systematic summary and evaluation of the application of this method is still lacking. This study reviews the 279 scientific and technological policy research papers published in the relevant journals of China since the beginning of the new century. It is found that the social survey method has been increasingly widely used in the research of science and technology policy. The level of research purpose and statistical method has been improved obviously, and the standard level of sampling method, measurement method and data collection method has been improved. However, there are still some problems, such as insufficient attention to the representativeness of sampling, standardization of investigation methods, and inaccuracy in understanding basic methods and concepts. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on how to improve the level of investigation and research methods in the future.
